npcs/locations:
Location one: A tavern known as The Broken Horn in Rego Pena. Although it looks like a normal tavern it is actually the meeting place of one of the resistance groups in Westcrown. Satinal knows of this tavern because he is a member of this resistance group.
Location two: A hidden shrine to Desna in Rego Sacero. Because worship of Desna is forbidden in Westcrown, the few shrines to her must be well hidden. This one is hidden in a trap door made to look like an entrance to the the cellar of an old abandoned shrine to Aroden. Satinal knows of this shrine because he was told of it by another secret worshipper of Desna.
Person one: Aerodius Rugatonn,Human, the owner of The Broken Horn. Allows the resistance to use one of his back rooms for their meetings and is also a member himself. Satinal knows him because they're in the same resistance group.
Person two: Manilus Ulvauno, Human, heir to House Ulvauno. Manilus has been a longtime rival to his half brother Satinal, who he considers a disgrace to the family.
description:
Description: Satinal is the son of Pavarr Ulvauno, the head of house Ulvauno, and an unknown elven woman he had an affair with. Satinal was often shunned and made fun of by the other members of House Ulvauno, especially his half brother Manilus. this, along with his powers as an oracle that manifested when he was 15 eventually caused him to run away from his home.
After that event he drifted from location to location until he was eventually taken in by Aerodius and recruited into his resistance group.
Satinal has pointed ears and stands a little above most other humans. His black eyes and hair clearly mark his human side as Chelish. He usually stays quiet and off to the side but quickly rushes to someone's aid when they need it, however he rarely causes trouble himself.
