Backstory:
Russel always knew he was different. His father was a shopkeeper, at a local store in A small town called Sofgrev. His father taught him his trade, how to tell the worth of items, maybe if they were fake even. His mother helped at the stables often, trying for extra pickings, she showed him how to ride a small colt, and he knew one day, whatever he did, he wanted to ride an animal.
Early before actual adventuring, he was a bandit, stealing from many. In his mid twenties, he decided he wanted to protect others, from the terrible outsiders and bandits of the like for reasons following, so he became a mounted combat expert. So, he found a weapons master, by the name of Redalf. Redalf taught him to use many weapons. At the end of his training, he was gifted his chosen weapon, and set of armor.
On one of these exscursions, ransacking a small town, with a reknown wizard. Before the adventure, Kitiara had helped his group set up the stake-out spots and such. When he and his faithful group, fought him to the death, his final words, scared him forever. As he heard the words, he shrunk, an already small character, tiny. His group dead, including his faithful mount. He spent one year in that keep, living off of what he could find.
One day he came upon a small rat, lying almost dead, in a dank corner. Russell, always being a kind fellow, offered a hand, and fed and cared for the rat. He then trained the rat to fight, and himself to ride it. With the rats agility and endurance, they both quickly traveled back to Korvosa, to his family. His parents were surprised, although they helped him, and outfitted his newfound mount with barding and a saddle.
Now that Russell had supplies, he quickly began his travels again, and heard of a group of adventurers, seeking help in a far off city...

The strange things GM Jacob wants:

1. Class/profession
Serving and helping others, being just are the only true job Russel has.

2. Rough outline/description
Russel has realized his problems, how he used to be a bandit, and turned around and fixed it by joining a group, that not only helped him, but helped hom help others. The order of the Shield is his salvation.

3. Rights and wrongs
Russel can not, under no circumstance, lie. If anyone around him is lying, will be brought to justice. If Russel isn't helping, he isn't doing it.

5. Friends and foes (and woes)
Friends-
Kitiara: A helpful, reknown before bandit, now older, wiser, always took a liking to him, and for that he was thankful, more than once, she had his back.

Redalf: A fellow blacksmith at the town he grew up in, he often paid for a lot of armor, and only bought from him.

Simon: An old blade teacher, taught him how to use his weapons.

Enemies: Russel has tried for a long time, to have little enemies, but he does have a few.

Ognarf: On one of his other exscursions, he met an Orc, who for unknown reasons, disliked him.

Dansill: The small town that he ransackeds wizard, has always hated him, for known reasons.

BONUS! A woe – If an enemy ever is to fall into a position in battle, where Russel has a large advantage, Russel will allow his enemy to die honorfully, with whatever means he has around him.

6. Goals
3 Short goals:
To make Ognarf his trusted Ally.
To be a well known friend of neighboring towns.
To learn to play the Harmonica.
To get Leemchi Armor.
