Roine walks in tattered clothes with tarnished silver bracers sticking out of his sleaves. He is a pale skinned man with white pupils and no hair. He seems self-conscious and keeps his eyes down. He is armed with only a dagger and a slender wand stuck into his bracers. Strange tattoes can be seen coming out of his shirt and on to his neck when his cowl is down.

Background

Spoiler:

The disgraced son of a Chelaxian noble. Roine has traveled to Varisia to get away from his accursed homeland and learn the magic of the ancients. While he is not a tiefling, his appearance suggests that there is teifling in his ancestry. The tattoes are as much of a mystery to him as anything else in his life. He awoke from an oddly plesent dream to find that he had them. Already his trip to Varisia is paying off.
