Is there an erratta on the description of Extra Channel, as it is the only "extra" that cannot be taken more than once, if I read it right .

[b] Special:[b] If a paladin with the ability to channel positive energy takes this feat, she can use lay on hands four additional times a day, but only to channel positive energy .

It does not say: You can gain Extra Channel multiple times. Its effectas stack.

Are we dissing the Cleric a second time ; first low skill points and now with Channel?

I don't mean to be floging the (sic) dead horse, but it is now Nov. 9 and the site says Nov. release when? please RPGgods when?!

As one who bought all three wotc special eds. and stored them, I am HEAVILY in the HELL YEAH category.

I am also in the real leather and bound paper/ guilded camp.

This would be a book to collect more than use , I think.

btw a RED cover would not only ROCK but can show how superior PFRPG is to 4th ed.

A game called Earthdawn did red covers and they were sweet.
In my opinion , 3.0/3.5 was heavily affectedby the Earthdawn game.

I don't know if this was covered but you can get a potion of (shield of faith) which has a lesser bonus but the same duration.

Range : touch

Target: creature touched

Duration 1 min. / level

This spell creates a shimmering, magical field around the target that averts and deflects attacks. The spell grants +2 deflection bonus to AC , with an addtional +1 to the bonus for every six levels you have(up to +5 deflection bonus at 18th level).

cost is minimal and still is good for any level cuz' monks don't get any deflection bonus @ all. IMH

If the spell cards are forthcoming, please make the type larger.

I must say that they are well done, and with Paizos' discount it ends up @ about $1.75 / mini so that's a BARGIN compared to regular list.

While I don't think the faction should get credit more than once, I do believe the characters should get the chance to get the XPS and PAS.

If this is on the wrong board please tell me, but I have a some small questions re: characters in a scenario;

1 If you play a char in a scenario you cannot play that scenario again with another char?

2 can a player have more than one char. @ a time in a scenario?

The 1 P. A. seems fair , as well as FULL gold.

Lack of access to the favors isn't much of a sacrifice, as most don't get used. (or haven't yet)

The concept of running 10 DIFFERENT scenarios in a 6 month period and
getting a reward sounds WAY COOL!! This will benefit those who just run.

Especially if it is a special scenario, or just some exclusive "crunchy bit".

As a long time gamer who is runing "tournament style" for the first time ever, I am impressed with PS, and the ease and adaptability of the system.

story ; after abit of rough and tumble vs. the clerics and undead
(I added a few) the party decides to push on, (yeah!!!!! ,for me) they encounter the recently healed vampire alng wit the clerics and the Lady. While clerics are cannon fodder vamp is harassed by DAYLIGHT, but not before draining party mage 4 of her 10 con. Meanwhile Lady assaults with spells and negative energy attacks retreats to mist heals and presses on . Runing low on spells and tiring of the sorc thowing ORBS of Lightning (yes I allow them) she politly slays him . This give the remaining party some motivation to kill her . Unfortunatly her resurected form didn't manage to finish them (dam low rolls to hit).

But at least I got one.

I didn't have this severe a problem as my group of 5 is 7th leaving Days but if the ghoul warrens and alley massacre aren't enough how about the reward for finding the cure. my group is on fast track , if you're using other scales that may be the prob. as has been stated by others. you can always throw an otyough encounter or two at them (my bunch still shudders every time.... HEH HEH), in toher news you could add 1 or 2 docs to the mix as well as clerics to up the CR's.

Any chance of a pre ORIGINS reprinting? (please ,please)

Is there a date on when (or if ) you are getting another printing done on this?

Both my group and myself are impressed with this product, so much so, that one of them wants one of his own... bad news for his players (heh , heh, heh)

interesting well thought out and written (DUH) only gripe is thta it can cause major game imbalance if abused.

My group generally uses the misc. colum or the border for indiv.
senses as there is usually only one or two. the sheet is kind of crowded anyway, but still very useful.

another addition to the many kudos you have recieved . with one exception: the BODY COUNT section ;if the party completes every one of the scenarios the BODY COUNT only adds up to 2800 ( A=200, B=700, C=400, D=00, E=500, F-G = 1000) these add up to 2800 exactly so how does the party get as high as 3600 ?

Did I miss something or was a very large award omitted?

Howdy ! I am just glancing through the " Elves of Golarion" and on the front inside jacket is an error . According to the BETA playtest version; Elves have a +2 to Intelligence as well as the regular Ability modifiers

I love the first effort and can hardly wait for the second alpha , which hopefully will have some of the other classes in it.
as for this one: the progression is KILLER!!! ( pardon the 90's reference) MORE feats for everyone and if recordkeeping bores you then D&D is the wrong game! because you have to keep a record of everything in game anyway . (treas. magic, money etc....)So keep up the good work and tell the naysayers that WOTC/Hasbro will keep bilking them for all they can get. This rant brought to you by a player who was vehemently opposed to 3.0 let alone 3.5 and now plays regularly.

An excellent choice as skills seem to be the most vesatile and useful part of the Role-Playing aspect of the game. they also can get a DM out of trouble if the players do something "unexpected"

Intrigueing and very weel done reminds me of the "old" style D&D mods. kudos !! and other such adjectives!!!

[to answer your question Whimsey chris: people are angry about 4e because it's the same song with a differnt drummer Hasbro ( the company that owns D&D) is P***ed off that now anyone (including you,Paizo or I ) can now write and morer importantly SELL D20 stuff and they make no money off it so they "redesign" the game and say they fixed it so now they can get another $100 or more, (see "complete" series )and we get the same game with a slighly different s[pin. it is just MO' money for them and less useful to us.

Speaking of stats and such paltry inquiries; has WOTC come to an agreement so that you guys can actually make pdf's of the last ishs of Dungeon and Dragon? I mean if they are essentually giving up on the game, why not let those of us who enjoy it have a more portable version?

after many readings I do agree that BBEGs run bythe book are often little more than cannon fodder . My solution; first' rampup the HP to 75%of HD or more if party is larger than 4 (my group has six).second add potions to the arsenal , if tghe players get them they are one use not disrupting balance , typically Bulls Strength, Bears endurance , or Armor can adjust the outcome slightly. @ higher levels go to 100% of HD and Add some minor magic such as a rinmg of fire resistance to use against a heavy fire throwing mage.Also (free plug to Wizards )the magic item compendium has bunches of new minor magic items to trhow PC's for a loop. one last note if a BBEG KNOWS this is his last stand why not toss an explosion or collapsing passage that traps his enemies in a stony grave with him?

sorry to be the only one not to gush but I came to expect more from such an illustrious array of writers, illustrators and players.
