Definately have scared the goth out of some people with Diamanda. Her first 3 albums are excellent, though now she's seems to be more into jazz.

I feel unclean is a better representation of her creepiness. Definately goes along with some evil ritual.

Diamanda Galas- Unclean.

I liked Lady Vengeance better. Old Boy was still good, but it reminded me too much of a toned down "Ichi the Killer". The unedited version of Ichi is ... well lets just say a film that starts off with the anti-hero's semen dripping off of a household plant of a girl he was perving over...and then when another girls nipples were cut off...well, Old Boy seemed like it was edited for TV to me.

I hate to do it but we are really short on money so I am going to have to cancel my Pathfinder Modules Subscription.

Your subscription has been canceled.

Thanks,

I also need all of my subscriptions cancelled.

Wow, first off I have to say that if you actually read all of these posts you are really hardcore for your customers.

My group wants to switch to 4th as soon as it comes out. I am not too keen on 4th mostly because I think they could find better revenue streams without changing edition. Also the interim releases they have right now are very crappy, such as the Dungeon Survival Guide, which is not much more than an overpriced Dragon article, or very good but an edition too late. Why did they not have the rules compendium released 2 years ago?

I also don't like in that some of the bios of the current designers for 4E, that they never played previous editions of D&D (Rob Heinsoo), or were pretty much moved over from designing that card game into RPGs.

Though there are some aspects I like about 4E, though they are mostly things that they have changed to be more like 2E that they shouldn't have changed in 3E. So it all appears very moot to me.

As for purchases, I will still probably buy Paizo adventures regardless of the game system behind it. I frequently buy adventures and convert them to D&D, or re-use modules from previous editions...even though they may not be balanced, oh horror..., so as long as Pathfinder has good story ideas, I'm in. Oh, and I also like the tactics part for monsters, and points at which they will retreat. That is very helpful.

I'm sorry to hear WotC is not cooperating. It sounds like they may be in over their heads over there. Oh well.

Cheers.

Actually the best view of the Brotherhood is they are like the Aryans that conquered India and set up the caste system there. Preists at top, followed by warriors, merchants, ect.

They were very secretive until just a decade ago, as in hardly anyone outside of their nation knew of them, but now they are more open and trying different tactics for domination which doesn't always involve conflict.

Symathy for Mr. Vengeange was a very difficult and mentally gruelling movie in a good way. Not very bloody but everybody dies in the end, this seems to be common in alot of Korean dramas.

Lady Vengeance was much better and more hopeful. You don't feel so wasted after watching it.

On the more adventurous style that fits well with D&D I would say Storm Riders, which is similar to Avatar in the character's powers, except live action.

Also Emperor of the Sea is excellent. It has a bit of Korean soap drama in it, because that is what is popular, but it is D&D in almost every sense of the word, from gladitorial combat to merchant dealings to pirates and slaves challenging kings, and it's all loosely based on korean history circa 1000 A.D.

For example, toppling the stone in the Architect's area (DC 25) required the entire party of four to make strength checks (one primary, three aid another), and the primary still needed to roll a 17+ if all of the other three made their checks (19+ if only 2 of the three made it). Since taking 10 isn't allowed when using Aid Another, we spent a fair amount of time just rolling again and again.

On the sarcophogus in Area 7, it is impossible for our party's rogue to find the trap. The Search DC is 26, she has 1st level max ranks (4) and a +1 Int, and since it is a trap no one else in the party can attempt to aid.

For the stone, you could take 20, being that there is no penalty for a failing roll, like say with a trap.

And for the trap, you could use aid another to boost your chance of finding it.

Bob,

The minis will be spun in Pewter, which is completely lead free!

Thanks for the quick response! I would gladly pay more for lead free minis.

Though as an FYI, pewter is by definition an alloy of tin and another metal, which can be any and/or all of the following: lead, antimony, bismuth, and copper. It's nice to know your pewter is lead free.

I have one question about the GameMastery line that will severely affect my decision to buy. Are the minis made out of lead free metal?

You have me sold on everything else, but I cannot buy them if they contain any lead whatsoever. Suprisingly more and more minis companies are using lead nowadays, despite it's known health risks. I do not buy from these companies.

Thanks,

I like...ed Downer, but the story got a bit too hard to follow. I think the problem with it is that the writer is not very good at the "flow" of comic panels into communication the story and action. Following what is going on in Downer is kinda like reading a manga from right to left, when it goes from left to right, disjointed.

Also I think the module Gargoyle had some location maps of the sterich area.
