We had a few hours of downtime on Saturday and a few more this morning.
Everything is back up and we're investigating the cause.

The site seems to have been unavailable for the last 6 hours or so.
Anyway, I dragged myself to work and it's all better now.

In honor of Order of the Stick now appearing in Dragon magazine, we have added the main characters to the available avatar images.
Enjoy!

...is available now.
See above.

Sweeeeeet.
Let us know what you think!

Bam!
We made a few more avatar images available. They are D&D minis from Angelfire.
Enjoy!
Welcome!
We are reindexing everything on the site this afternoon. Could take a few hours before the Search tool is fully functional again.
Thanks to some customer feedback, this morning we discovered a problem with the shipping weight for Angelfire minis singles.
That problem has now been corrected, so if the shipping & handling scared you off over the weekend, please feel free to have another look. : )

Sweeeeeeet. (If I may say so myself.)
And, hey, let me know if you have a favorite D&D mini that you'd like me to add as an avatar image.
The Shackled City hardcover is better than ice cream.
Discuss.

Explore Eberron in a whole new way with Five Nations! Designed by Bill Slavicsek, David Noonan, and Christopher Perkins, the histories, people, and customs of Khorvaire differentiate themselves as never before. Descriptions of each nation present specific new monsters, adventure hooks, and NPCs. For instance, only Thranes possess the silvereye marauder, a construct infused with the Silver Flame, while Karrns might join the exclusive Order of Rekkenmark, fully fleshed out with honorary ranks, specialized equipment, and access to unique magebred animals. You will also gain character insights and ideas from the various “Day in the Life of…” stories, plus the many flavorful sidebars detailing common expressions, regional names, and even national anthems.
As if that wasn't enough, there's also a new Eberron Deluxe Dungeon Masters Screen! Just what every Eberron DM needs—a setting-customized screen featuring art by Wayne Reynolds. Beyond the usual DM tables inside, you’ll find a listing of all the dragon-marked houses and associated guilds plus the days and months of the Eberron calendar year. As a bonus, the package includes a poster map of Khorvaire, featuring new locations, roads, and more.

In the interest of keeping everyone informed...
We've had some outages recently, including last night and this morning, related to a failing DNS server.
This problem (among others) should go away as we upgrade our servers over the next couple of weeks.

Have at it!
The store has been live for a few weeks now. What do you guys think?
Like it? Hate it? Got a reason?
We're adding little fixes and tweaks and features all the time, but I'd love to hear what you guys would like out of the store now and in the future.

Our servers went down early this morning (Friday, 26 Nov 2004) . We've got them back up now.

We launched our new game store here on paizo.com yesterday!
We're very excited about it, having worked for months to bring it to you. Naturally, it's a work in progress and will evolve as the days, weeks, and months progress.
You can contribute to making it a great place for gamers to shop by giving us your feedback here or at customer.service@paizo.com. So, if you like, ask questions, suggest improvements, and give us corrections for inaccurate product data you might find.
We look forward to serving you and your gaming needs.

We took paizo.com down for a few hours (roughly 10ish to 1:45ish today Pacific) while we moved the servers into our new office space.
Obviously, the site is now back up. : )
The surveys advertised in the latest Dragon and Dungeon issues will be on the site Tuesday or Wednesday (the 7th or 8th of September). Stay tuned, and thanks for your patience. : )

Messageboard posts can be formatted using markup -- our implementation of BBCode. This allows you to use bold or italics, link to another Web page or an email address, quote another post, and a few other things. There are some bugs, but most of it works most of the time. : )
