-Opportune Parry and Riposte—when an opponent makes a melee attack against the swashbuckler, she can spend a Panache point and expend an AoO to attempt to parry the swashbuckler makes an attack roll and if it beats the attacker’s roll, the attack automatically misses. Upon performing a successful parry, if at least one Panache point remains for the day, the swashbuckler can make an immediate attack against the enemy whose attack she parried.
