fez wearing may also be compulsory
Gosh, what an absolutely great question.
I can still remember the buzz of actually getting an email from Chris Thomasson saying he'd like to buy Hollow Threats, and emails from these new amazingly enthusiastic guys called Jacobs and Mona. The scary thing is it just doesn't seem so long ago.
Still the first website I go to and the only one I go to every day so those fine fellows must be working some magic. Keep it up fellows!
Oh hang on, before this I never knew Hitchcock, Logue, Vaughn, Greer...
Ho hum - every cloud:)

And also no kudos on the carnival at the end of the adventure; I think it was just the art work that ruined it for me there but it did seem a bit of a let down to the adventure. ... But that letter! OMFG. Awesome stuff. Oh, and the PCs chasing down a Fine sized Chain devil and a couple imps. Certainly one of the greatest Dungeon adventures ever published.
The freak show carnival was probably my favourite part of this adventure, although the kobolds' letter was certainly great too.
Just finished running a modified version of this one for one of my pbp games, good times, great adventure. Splendid stuff - I was working on Don't Open the Devil Box Again when I found out Paizo wouldn't be publishing Dungeon any more, which ended my efforts, but who knows, someday maybe...someday.
Great to hear the carnival is still in full swing:)
Shame about the fat snake thing though...oh, wrong adventure, sorry:)
#2 was reprinted Logue - #2 not #3.
#2...
#2 is therefore the winner by 2 falls and a knockout.
Huzzah and up Princess Anne.
He always struggles for words...
I think the word Nick is looking for is 'summoned':)

To have another Pett adventure centered around real role playing, like the Prince of Redhand was, in this kind of setting is exciting. Zeech's feast was one of the highlights of my recently completed AOW campaign. I used some recipes found here on the Paizo messageboards and put on a real dinner party feast. It was great gaming fun, primarily because it was such a different kind of adventure. I hope the Sixfold Trial can replicate that kind of memorable role playing experience. I think I've just found the next Paizo AP I want to run...
TtO
The challenge with writing this adventure was to tip the hat to prince of redhand without it being a repeat experience, only time will tell if I've got the right feel but I'm hoping the experience echoes redhand in a pleasantly twisted way.
Certainly there are plenty of elements in the adventure that will allow some very serious roleplay, the least of which is the play logue has written a part of. I think there may be some fun and games around tables come the autumn (QE).

Good to see you Nick.
Good to see your ah.. particular 'zeal' is undiminished.
(Aaw f--ck it really just had to come up with some pretense to replying to your post so that it can't be edited as easily later on.
I'm mildly curious to see if E.M. is going to show up admonishing bloody-semen-groin-biting by Paizo Employees and Affiliates on the Messageboard.
But hey- it is awesome to see you on the boards!) Good to see you too, Watcher! Good to be slowly getting back on my feet after my first year on the day-job. One more month and then I am FREE! Writing mayhem will then commence. I NEED IT! Don't count on it, the Dean of your college and I have reached an understanding...

Let's not lie, Rich. As usual you have served up over-pretentious servile trash. Thank god my tiny article is in there with it to shine some much needed radiance on a quagmire of bad grammar, lack-luster encounters, and what I can only imagine are tea-stains Wes took for garbled text and did his best to make sense of.

So, now that you and Pett are within a train ride (or car ride) of each other, do you meet occasionally to insult each other person? If so, who most frequently wins these frothing battle of wits? Never go near the creep.
I've heard Xanesha is a bit of a softie:)
Now Chelish Clowns - they're something worth worrying about...
Hang on...
This adventure is all about the Fluffy gnome tribe who go to magic enchanted Goodwood to try to rescue Silky the Unicorn from the clutches of the quite bad wizard Misunderstood Quentin.
Who's this lovecraft fellow and what does the word 'carrion' mean?

Fez-o-Rama indeed. I bought mine at Quegly, Smythe, Robson, Donaldson, Forbes, Mimplewrad and Cadwallader's Royal Fez Manufactory.
Dinner party time, the salmon is ready, the duck roasting nicely, the wine is warming and the trapeze is swinging.
See you fine fellows (and Louge) tomorrow. Don't forget I'm ringing you on sunday to discuss - ahem.
Good night Mary-Ellen.
Panama - you have the crease sir! I feel a long innings on a damp wicket against a mound of cads is ahead of you and can only apologise I won't be joining you at the crease this evening - but soon sir - soon.
Courage!

What the...why can't you people stick to her Majesties GMT. Honestly, you go to bed with your moustache net firmly in place and then wake up to find you've become owner of a web-based adventure production company.
OK then, if I'm in charge, coming soon:
RO1 - The Revenge of the Hedge/Washing Line Based Horrors.
The first of the Roper Adventures Only Adventure Path. Join Bernard Cigar-Shaped-Abhorrence as he fights against the vile topiary triceratops/sheet ghoul alliance!
An Adventure suitable for 12th level PCs

An epic gas spore PC adventure.
Watch this space for more my big sisters adventures coming soon!

Huzzah!
Both Nic (assuming Elton John's petition to have him deported at my behest fails again) and myself will be at Paizocon UK and we are indeed working on something.
You'll also see us in Sixfold Trail, an adventure I'm rather pleased with. Nic did a supporting article for that and we exchanged some suitably unpleasant ideas for one scene.
I can't talk about the CH place.
Those wonderful Paizo people know how honored I am to work for them and its great to have worked on some more material - especially an adventure path adventure - they also have some truly brilliant writers both from the past, and some new stars and competition is very hot - which is of course a good thing.
And plus of course to plug KQ my chum Wolfgang is kind enough to publish work and to let me loose on his website occassionally. In fact I'm working on something this weekend for him.
And something else, but that is still in it foul embryonic form and not to be mentioned.
And, as always, thank you for your kind words.
Huzzah and a pound of pilchards for Logue to sit on.

Despite what Wolfgang may say publicly, it seems to be generally accepted in various places that, in the end, the lich was everyone's favorite.

We're mooting the idea of having a bare-knuckle fist fight to decide who's dungeon adventure was the best as we've never properly settled it.
Book soon, book soon...
Nice ideas, I'm a sucker for tragic stuff however:) Glad to hear that the skinsaw man is still freaking people out with his passion.

Something about Blood Bowl was mentioned (Oh was that a cool game back in the day) Just wanted to say thanks though, this little 2 page thing alone was worth the price of the book.
Ah, now I'm going to be unbearable for the next few days, thank you.
I'm really pleased your players enjoyed the game, I had great fun writing it. The original idea came from a halfling villlage festival adventure I had in mind where the game would be the centre-piece of lots of eating, drinking and intrigue:) I've heard of blood bowl but never got to play it, although it sounds like I may enjoy it.
Hopefully you and your players will enjoy the Sixfold Trial which is the next adventure I've been lucky enough to write for Paizo. I'm rather pleased with it, so please check it out if you can, I think you'll enjoy it.

I'm sorry everyone, I can't bring myself to talk about, mention, hint at or admit to the existence of the CH place as it will cost me san, and I have very little left...
