(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

Those hp weren't supposed to be that temporary.

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

After Arianwyn:

Spoiler:
Reason shakes his head while striding forward. "You should have just parleyed, orcs."

He calls on the power of Ioun, and a light shines from above, wreathing one of the orcs in flame, and the Rogue Knight in golden light.

Move to K7. Sacred Flame at Orc (O3 if he is still up, else O2). 1d20+5=14 vs Will, 15 if target Bloodied. 1d6+4=7 Radiant damage. TRK gets 4 temp hp.

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

I also forgot, so my Init should be 8.

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

M5

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

Reason sighs heavily.

"I thought that this was an information-gathering mission."

Intitiative (1d20=6)

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

Reason approaches the trees to the north, in case whoever is there requires healing.

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

Reason tries to calm his nerves.
Save (1d20=16) This dragon's in trouble now! ;)

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

Had a hunt in all the books and applied logic and as always, have come to the conclusion that Pat is right. You can't do it. However we try to cut it, Infernal Wrath is an action, and they're not allowed when you're stunned. Sorry to mess you about with that and raise false hopes.

To be honest, I don't even think you can move... as that requires a Move Action. At least, As Written.

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

DM?:

Spoiler:
If we can take a Move while Stunned, can we substitute a Minor Action? Specifically, I would want to activate Reason's Infernal Wrath.

Also, does the Stun end with a Save, or is it a set duration?

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

The Rogue Knight wrote:

Attack; Damage (1d20+7=19, 1d12+5=8)

"Fight me, dragon!"

Did you include your Combat Advantage in that?

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

Reason calls on the power of Ioun.

Daunting Light Vs Reflex (1d20+5=20)

The dragon is outlined by blinding light.

Radiant Damage (2d10+4=13)

The Rogue Knight gains Combat Advantage til the end of Reason's next turn.

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

DM:

Spoiler:
How does the mist hamper Reason's vision, if at all? Can he see all of his companions? Does the dragon have concealment?

Just planning ahead.

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

Reason will start at Q3. His Init should be 14, including the bonus from Kel.

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

"The beast is mad!! If we must fight it, we should do so from afar!"

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

In case there's more info

Heal (1d20+9=18)

Nature (1d20+4=5) Yeesh

And because I will be unable to access IC...

Initiative (1d20=12)

What is the conditon of the orcs?

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

Reason goes forward as quickly as possible without leaving the others behind. Maybe he can get there in time to save some poor soul.

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

"Should we dismount and tether our horses here? I'm not skilled at fighting from horseback."

EDIT: Then he reacts to Whiteclaw's action and does the same, bringing Ioun's symbol to hand.

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

DM

Spoiler:
I think that Remove Affliction would be appropriate, or at least comparable. Unfortunately, it's level 8, so that will be a while. At least a week. :D

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

Reason packs the equipment from Hroaldr on his horse in preparation for departure. The number of extra layers of clothing that he took makes it clear that he is not fond of the cold.

DM

Spoiler:
Reason was particularly horrified by the Rogue Knight's story (no self-knowledge? an abomination against Ioun!). When given the opportunity (ie when healing during extended rests), he will be examining the knight's head wound, and searching his Healing knowledge for ways to cure amnesia. Perhaps he can design a Ritual if he cannot come up with any other ways to help.

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

"Before we depart, Hroaldr, is there any more knowledge that we should have?"

(Male Tiefling Cleric 11)

The tiefling look at the group, smiles, and in a soft voice that belies his savage appearance says, "I am very pleased to meet you all. As Hroaldr has said, I call myself Reason, to honour the great gift that Ioun has given to us all."

"I am especially pleased to meet the group of heroes who include a gnoll among their number, a gnoll who is now held in such esteem."

He smiles ruefully, "I myself know a bit of how one's appearance can be held against them."

"But I have interrupted. Please, Hroaldr, continue."
