Hey Razz - I think its time to put up or shut up. Post the name and location of your local. I would like to call him myself to see how his sales are doing.

Here is why. My FLGS, as well as their closest local competition have had big sales of 4e with copies flying off the shelves. You seem to be the only one claiming that 4e does not sell.

So - store name and location, I will call to verify your claims, I will post what I hear right here.

Deal?

Too late!!! I bought them all!!!

I LOVE 4E!!!!

4E 4EVER!!!

LOL!!! I can't believe I posted about threadcrapping given that's all I do. The irony makes my head spin. The only thing better than that would be if Sebastian complained about someone else stalking him when clearly he is stalking me!!!

4e 4ever!!!

Edit: LOL check it out. He did exactly that. The hypocrite!!! Oh well, at least he didn't throw a hissy fit about calling someone out for being a threadcrapping troll when that's what they were doing. That would be truly pathetic.

Thief

And don't mock them with aliases either.

I LOVE 4E!!!!!!!

4E 4EVER!!!!

Thief

Ha ha! Just kidding everyone. Even I am not so stupid or trollish to think this is any sort of evidence of fifth edition. It's just that I saw it while reading my enormous collection of 4e information and got so excited I had to share. I love 4e, but I think a 5e would be even better given how much 4e improved 3e.
I love 4e!!!

4e 4ever!!!!!

After more careful thought, I realized that the missing monsters weren't really my cup of tea to begin with. And I don't know why I keep claiming TSR was a good carekeeper of D&D. It's really hard to type that with a straight face, it's just such b+%&!$&#.

Anyway, I love 4e!!!

4e 4ever!!!

I don't think that helps the conversation... :/

That's okay, I'm not interested in having a conversation. All I want to do is show up in random threads and post about how much I love 4e whenever I have one of my "episodes" and threadcrap. I'm hoping that if I constantly have to see my name appear saying the exact opposite in every thread where I post, I'll quit having these episodes and then everyone can talk about 4e without me threadcrapping. Heck, I hope that my love for 4e is so great that every time I threadcrap, I immediately post several times and in several guises to show how much I love 4e. My goal is to have my avatar associated with love of 4e.

Please, help me share my love of 4e! I want everyone to know about it.

I LOVE 4E!

4E 4EVER!!!!

Thief

No, seriously, sorry for threadcrapping everyone, I want to make it up to you all by doing what I always do when I accidently pop into a random 4e thread to drop a childish rant and flee - post how I really feel. Because I want everyone to know:

I LOVE 4E!!!!

I think the book I am most looking forward to is the martial power source book. I'm really intrigued to see what the first splat book will look like. I am sure it will be full of awesome and that I will love it.

Anyway, apologies again for threadcrapping above. Since I can't help but post things like that, I've decided that I will always make it up by having a follow up post like this where I admit how much I love 4e and praise it unconditionally. It's my way of righting the bad karma that is created by my childish threadcrapping.

4e 4ever!

Thief

I've changed my mind! I love 4e. Sorry for threadcrapping all the time everyone. From now on, I promise that whenever I can't help myself and threadcrap, I'll try to make it up to everyone by posting how I really feel about 4e. Because here's the thing:

I LOVE 4E!!!

Anyway, I think the feat idea works, but this discussion of mounted combat brings up one of the things I love about 4e - I can make an effective paladin without being saddled (ha!) with a mount. It always bugged me in 3e the way the paladin class was almost shoehorned into mounted combat. Sure, you could ignore the mount and try something else, but the class ability just begged you to make use of it. I always felt guilty not using the class feature, even though mounts were so frequently made ineffectual by being in dungeons and such.

Anyway, I think I'm done, though it's entirely possible I may crop up with even more positive things to say in this, and in any other 4e thread where I accidentally threadcrap. Sorry for being so bi-polar, but I just feel like it's the right thing to do, to somehow add some karmic balance to the childish and petty post I submitted above.

4e 4ever!
