Alright I think I'm good to go. Would it be possible for me to buy the material to start working on my crossbow?

Yes, I will allow the variant fighter or cleric.

Thank you very much. Fighter here I come!

Spoiler:

the bluff and stealth are the +2 bonus I get from being a tiefling. I haven't filled in my actual ranks yet

Should have the rest done later on. Here's a look at the background and description.

...I think I got a little carried away. I will say this this possibly the longest background I wrote for a character.

BACKGROUND

Spoiler:

Raoh started life as, Raoh Vi Jeggare, Viscount of Westcrown and heir apparent of House Jeggare. Born in the golden facade of Westcrown, Raoh's family saw great things in his future.

As soon as he was old enough he was enrolled in the finest academies the imperium had to offer. By the age of fifteen he joined the imperial knights, with his long time friend Flynt, and was on his way to joining the Hellknights. But that's where his fate changed.

Raoh was different from your 'typical' Chelaxian. He hated the current state of the country, and the diabolism around him. He had no love for slave trading, and hated the way nobles treated the less fortunate.

Eight weeks after joining the knights, and seeing how little they valued commoners, Raoh resigned. He soon cut ties with his family and moved into lower quarters of Westcrown. Flynt stayed saying there was still good to be found and service.

During his stay in the lower quarter Raoh found himself at odds with the few guards that did partol the streets. Finding himself in jail on multipule occasions for stopping tax collectors, or fighting off guards beating on a helpless person.

During a blistering summer day the wate in lower quarter turned fowl. The people were able to gather enough funds to hire a noble of House Leroung to investigate and prify the water. After spending a day looking for the cause of the impurity, the noble claimed all was fine and that the water would be fine the next day. The day passed and the water was worse than before.

Raoh enter the noble quarters and soon found himself at the noble's home. Seeing no guards present he approached and knocked on the door. After no answer came Raoh let himself in. After climbing through a window and checking a few room he found the noble. After a tussle Raoh was able to reclaim the money the residents has raised.

It wasn't long after returning the money that the guards were after him. Getting what little he had, he ran. After a few days chase Raoh managed to find passage to Varisia, and out run his captors. Today Raoh lives Rotgut District of Riddleport doing what comes natural for him. Helping those in need and giving the Gendarmes a headache.

As for his deeds in Westgate, the last time he looked into it a bounty of 150 gp was on his head. "Only 150 gp, I'm worth way more than that"

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION & PERSONALITY

Spoiler:

Standing 5'10'' and 206 pounds. Raoh could pass for human if not for his molten copper colored eyes and his unnatural agility. His skin is tan, and light brown hair.

He hates the upper classes, such as nobles, because he has seen their oppressive way of doing things. Because of his helpful nature he is beloved by people like a big brother, despite being loudmouthed and sarcastic.

The one thing that stands out most about Raoh is the blade he weilds. A longsword that is a coil of razorsharp steel.
