Crossbow damage: 1d8 ⇒ 5
Stealth for Sneak Damage: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (4) + 11 = 15
Sneak Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 3

It's stupid, distracted, there's a crowd... maybe it didn't see me come within 30'.
