Have the hardest time trying to find players in the area.

Are there any gamers/gms in the Mt. Orab, Georgetown, Williamsburg, Bethel, Batavia, or Sardinia area.

Anyone out there?

I have a 9 yr old son that I am trying to get into roleplaying. I am looking for suggestions on how to accomplish this. I know that I don't want to use all the rules...very basic, but beyond that?

So what level are you looking for?

I know Most games fill up quite fast and odds of getting picked are slim, but keep trying.

Or you could GM a game yourself and start to build a reputation here and get players and GMs to notice you and your style of play.

I am currently running a few games
Darkmoon Vale modules (Hollows Last Hope->Crown of the Kobold King->etc)
and two games in my homebrew world.

If you want there is an opening in Hollows Last Hope which will go to Crown of the Kobold King and the rest of the Darkmoon vale set.

Hello all! I was hoping I could find a GM that would be interested in running an AP. Would be great to play any, save maybe Rise of the Runelords or Serpents Skull (have played some of both of those and they failed horribly). Was really hoping to find someone that might run a Legacy of Fire (I have a character in mind). I know that this is not the way it's normaly done, but I seem to always miss the thread when someone is looking for a player, so I thought I would try to find a GM myself.

I was hoping someone wouldn't mind helping me out by stating up some monsters for an adventure I'm running Monday night. If you look back at my previous posts, you are more than likely, going to see numerous posts asking for help. I don't do this because I am lazy, but because I work a full-time job and a second part-time job. I enjoy running the games and we are nearing the end of a long campaign, but it is just hard to find the time to stat up creatures for this level. Any help would be great!

I'm looking for a 9th lvl gnoll ranger and a 12 lvl gnoll cleric.

There are living in a desert setting and the ranger should have human and elf enemies.

Also, I was wanting 2 vampires (1 mage, 1 fighter)around 12th or 13th level. Same desert setting.

Hey. Saw that you had posted and wanted to let you know where I stand on things. I wasn't for sure what was happening and thought things had shut down. I have put Darius into another game. I would be happy to continue on or start new, but I would probably want to use another character so there would be no confusion.

If it is at all possible, please hold submissions open until 1/14/2011. This is the first time I've "auditioned" and I'm trying to get it right.

I'm hoping to have something submitted today...may be late (eastern time).

I was thinking of doing a straight wizard. I am going to try and work something up.

I actually did start a Kingmaker thread. We have 17 submissions so far, but I'm accepting them all into next week.

No more Rangers or Clerics though. I have 3 submissions for each.

Well, are you familiar with Scarred Lands? I have an opening in my Scarred Lands game and it didn't even started yet.

Game...Pathfinder. Class...probably straight fighter.

I really like the idea of pbp, but can never seem to get in a group that posts regular or that lasts. Any DMs out there feel like starting up a game?

If the cover is not amazing, I think most people will never give it a second look.

I'd be willing to look at creating you a series of encounters dealing with lizardmen on a 10th level scale. I assume you're looking at 4-5 encounters with the tribe, then rest, then a climatic battle with the black dragon. Something along those lines I assume.

I am looking for someone to write up some lizard-men for an upcoming adventure.

The pcs are all 10th lvl (wizard, fighter, thief, and cleric) and they are headed into a swamp to confront a tribe of lizard-men that have been raiding a nearby village.

I was thinking that the tribe would be led by a shaman, witchdoctor, whatever.

The finally of the adventure will be a fight with a black dragon, so I don't want to kill them...just make it tough and interesting.

Any help would be great!

Can't have two ranks in any one skill at level 1. Your maximum skill ranks in a skill is equal to your hit dice/character level. Sorry. Other than that, looking good. Perhaps put that skill rank into Knowledge(nature)?

Well, if I understand your background correctly, you could put a 10 into Dex; with heavy armor penalties, it might not matter so much in the long run anyway.

True..he probably wouldn't be too concerned about dodging anyways...CHARGE!
