I have the Defender of Nerosyan boon, which gives me a 10% discount on magical items that require a spell with a good descriptor as a spell prerequisite. The only magic item I can think of that I would want is a holy weapon. How would I apply the discount?

In case anyone else is a fan of the Horn of Valhalla, but has no clue how it works, the barbarians have stat blocks in Classic Treasures Revisited on page 39. I hope this helps someone.

I've been planning on buying a horn of Valhalla for my Ulfen PFS character for a while now, but upon closer inspection this item has a terrible description.
First off, do the "human barbarians" function as humans or constructs? I'm assuming I can use the human racial features to build them, but if they count as constructs, that makes them work completely differently with things like dying, charm spells, cure spells, rage and fatigue issues, etc.
Second, is "starting equipment" the initial gp value for level 1 barbarians(or PFS characters) or the NPC gear for a 5th level barbarian?

Things got a little confusing on cost multipliers for large gear and the core book does get into a lot of detail. I have a chronicle sheet that has a large longsword priced at 330gp. So the masterwork cost doesn't get multiplied when calculating the price for larger gear. But does the same rule apply if I want a large adamantine weapon or mithral barding? Because to me 6004 gp for a large dagger seems obscenely over priced, but 1400 for mithral shirt barding sounds way too cheap. Long story short though, I want either mwk chain shirt ormithral shirt barding for my mount.

I just read the addition resources page on and I seem to have been using the outdated version of the heirloom weapon trait for quite a while. That's leaving me with feats for a weapon I'm not proficient with, and a +2 weapon that's no longer masterwork. What's the proper way to fix my character?

Does a ghost touch shield do normal damage to incorporeal creatures when used for a shield bash?
