Personality Priyya is a pragmatic crusader not a holy-roller spouting sacred writ. She doesn't judge and she doesn't preach, letting her actions speak for her. While she does bring comfort and healing where she can, believing that the spreading of Sarenrae's light is a good thing, her primary focus is battling darkness and evil wherever it may lay. Towards this goal, she is relentless, determined, and focused. She speaks directly and to the point. Priyya has something of a love/hate relationship with Sarenrae.

Appearance Priyya appears as a typical desert woman with dark skin and wide almond-shaped and almond-colored eyes. Her dark hair is extremely long and most often hidden beneath a veil, in accordance with the rules of modesty in her culture. Her most noteworthy feature is a slight glow about her, like a hard to discern faerie fire. The glow intensifies when she experiences strong emotions.

Background Priyya is from a typical Kelesh family but is not a typical young woman. Her celestial bloodline has shown through from the moment of her birth and her birthmark designated her as a servant of Sarenrae. Priyya was claimed by the Order at the age of 12 and trained rigorously from then on. The Order is a small sect of warrior-priests and priestesses whose role is the active and unrelenting opposition of evil. They bring destruction to the unholy and light to the darkness. As all in her order do, she relinquished her last name and familial bonds to take on a religious mantle, hers is Surya-ka-Vahaak, Lightbringer.

As an itinerant warrior-priestess, Priyya has roamed the planes hunting down evil. The City of Stars - as a waypoint between the worlds - with access to so many planes, is a perfect base for Priyya's evil-hunting activities. The fact that Auralis contains enough evil earn a full-time Order presence... is just gravy for Priyya.
