Not much new content

**( )( )( )

This is mostly a reprint from Pathfinder 31 (exploration) and 32 (kingdom building).

There is some new content (10 new buildings and 23 new events), but taken together, this is probably less than three pages out of 20. I cannot recommend this product to anyone owning said two volumes.

The rules themselves are solid. The PDF is a bit easier to read than the original PDF, due to a simpler layout and a different font. The step-by-step guides are nice.

If you do not have Pathfinder volume 31 and 32, but need some kingdom-building rules for a campaign of your own, you might give this product a try.
