I preordered the printed version of "The Breaking of Forstor Nagar (PFRPG) Print" in order #1675725, on April 22, 2011. At this point it has been listed in my sidecart as being "unavailable" since the book went on sale, despite the fact that the product page lists the Print/PDF bundle as being available and with the physical book shipping in 2 to 6 days. Could someone please look into this?

In addition, it seems that by pre-ordering, I missed out on the Print/PDF bundle option? Is there any way I could upgrade to that? It seems a little unfair that because I pre-ordered the physical book I end up looking to pay an additional US$9.99 for the PDF when anyone who comes along now that it's released can get both at the same time.

Like Gorbacz, I have not received a shipping notification for it.

In addition, when the order went to pending status, my copy of Tome of Horrors remained in the sidecart instead of being included in the order along with the other items waiting. Can someone please check into what's happening to see if there are any issues?

I'm currently unable to download anything. Clicking a download link just reloads the page without initiating the download, though it updates the "date last downloaded" field.

I just placed order #1734914, for a batch of PDFs.

Unfortunately I can't seem to download them. When I click on the file name the page just reloads, and does not show the "If the download doesn't start, click here" message. The download does not start although the date last downloaded is updated. This happens with all my downloads, not just today's order.

Could someone please check up on what's happening?

This was entirely caused by my actions.

I paid for the PDFs in this order yesterday on my own computer. The order, as I placed it, did not include the Evocative City Sites Print/PDF bundle. According to the email receipt I received, I was charged US$68.15 for the PDFs only.

However I downloaded the PDFs on the family connection, which has a broadband internet connection instead of dial-up. While doing so I added the Evocative City Sites Print/PDF bundle to my cart to purchase later.

Only to discover that the contents of my cart still contained the PDFs of my already completed order because I'd been already logged into the Paizo site on the other computer.

Eventually the contents of the cart disappeared, and I assumed the Evocative City Sites stuff had gone with it. However I checked my account today and found that the bundle had been added to order 1705814 according to your records, and that it is in 'Pending' status. On the other hand, the PDF portion is not in my downloads which is one less issue to worry about.

Could you please cancel the pending shipment? To the best of my knowledge I haven't paid for the book, much less for the shipping for it.

It's interesting to see a whole batch of D&D 2E Ravenloft books available, but for some reason it's come up in the New Products in Downloads feed.

I'm not complaining, not least because there's a couple I want to grab, but someone might want to look into the feed categorization.

When I try to use the "Last" option to go to the end of a thread, the link just leads back to the beginning of the thread, no matter which page I'm on.

I'm still waiting on my subscriptions for this month, but Lisa said in the thread here that she thought the subscription runs were complete and anyone who was still waiting should contact customer support to check up on their status.

I have to admit that the expression on the face of the delivery driver was rather amusing as he unloaded his own box containing ten Paizo delivery boxes on the front steps. The whole order arrived in one job lot.

Except one item. The item "Yetisburg: Titanic Battles in History, Volume 1", code PZOTGL3002 was missing. Everything else arrived just fine, but with the order scattered through ten boxes, I'm not all that surprised that something hiccuped somewhere.

I've got the packing slip from the box that it was supposed to be shipped in, so I know it's not still in transit in yet another package.

Could I please have a copy added to my next subscription shipment if there are any left after the big sale?

There was an issue with lack of funds when the order was initially processed, but I fixed that problem and sent an email to customer service confirming that the money was now available.

I got a reply from Sarah saying that my order had now been processed successfully, but two days later when I check my order history I still see that it's listed in my account as Payment Declined. Can someone please check to see if things are OK with it?

I just purchased the two new Pathfinder Society Scenarios, Pathfinder Society Scenario #37: The Beggar's Pearl and Pathfinder Society Scenario #38: No Plunder, No Pay.

For some reason they haven't shown up in my downloads. I've reloaded the downloads page a couple of times, and received the confirmation email, but I still don't have any access to the files.

Could someone please see if they can figure out what's happened?

Unfortunately no matter what shipping option I pick, the page won't change the shipping charge from US$20.99. I would like to set the physical books to ship with my next Pathfinder subscription shipment, but even when I set my shipping option to immediate shipping for US$17.83, the shipping cost in my bill is still listed as US$20.99.

As an additional note, if I set my shipping options to a faster and more expensive option it gives the correct shipping price, but reverts to the US$20.99 price when I change it back to either ship with subscription or standard postal shipping.

Despite several attempts, I can't persuade Pathfinder Society Scenarios 35 and 36 to like me enough to let me buy them. When I try to add them to my cart the page reloads without adding them.

Just a heads-up so someone can look into the problem when they get a chance.

I'm beginning to think this order is cursed or something. After taking a month for most of it to ship (and I'm still waiting on one item), the parcel arrived today. Missing almost a quarter of the order.

According to the shipping documentation, the parcel should have contained the following items which weren't in it.

I placed the order on the 17th of July, and it's still listed as pending. One of the items in it has a maximum 16 day estimated time to ship, but compared to the usual turnaround on orders, this one is seeming a little delayed to me.

I received my latest subscription today.
Instead of receiving a copy of Pathfinder #9, I had a second copy of the Gazetteer. :-(

Can I get a copy of the Pathfinder tossed into my next subscription please?

I got notification that my subscription order was due to ship a week ago, but so far I haven't heard anything, and a non-subscription order that was shipped two days later has already arrived. The list of items to be shipped has vanished from my account page too, and there hasn't been any addition to my downloads page.

I saw a post saying that some folks have had their subscription orders vanish due to a bug, so can someone please check if that's happened here or if there's a delay for some other reason?

This time it's the PDF for Dungeon Issue #106 with Polyhedron #165 that won't personalize.

I purchased Dungeon #82 in PDF format yesterday, in order #751178. So far I have not been able to personalize the file so I can download it. When I try, I get the message saying 'Working... Please check back in a minute,' but eventually instead of a personalized file, when I reload the page I just get the option to personalize it, as if I hadn't done anything. I have personalized and downloaded the other files I purchased in that order without problems - it is only Dungeon #82 that's a problem. Could someone please check to see if there is a problem with the file itself?
