Are Random Encounters allowed in PFS Sanctioned Modules?

These could drastically change the experience of different groups playing a module.

Hi

Got a friend who's character levelled up from a sanctioned module. It puts him 1XP into his new level.

Can he go half XP from then on, or does the choice have to be at the 'exact' XP for levelling?
(The module gave him 3XP).

Can GM's ban classes from games they advertised on open forums?

I'm not talking where players got together privately, but open forums where a GM states they're running a game online at certain time, and openly asks for players. Then adds "Summoners need not apply"

This goes against the inclusiveness idea, and has started a heated debate.

Recently played with an 11th lvl Bard, really tricked out for UMD.

He had a Ring of Revelation, so he could UMD and Channel Pos Energy as a 20th Lvl Oracle!

I can't really see how - since technically the rings themselves have CL listed.

Surely he could only Channel Energy (using UMD) as an Oracle of the listed CL of the crafter of the ring?

Thinking about getting this ring for one of my chars, presumably I'll be limited to channelling as per Oracle CL as I mentioned?
(My char is Sorc 4/Hospitaler4/Drag Disc 1, so currently channels for D6).

Been playing a True Neutral char for a while now, but been playing her as 'mostly' Lawful, and always Good.

Can I change alignment to LG and get it signed off? This is NOT a Barbarian/Monk multiclass thing, but will affect my choice of my new class now I've levelled. (Human Synthesist 2, just made 3rd Lvl).

Is there some way I can spend Prestige Awards to do this, or do I just need a GM to sign it off? Still keeping my current Faction (Taldor).

(If it matters was thinking of going Paladin for various reasons).

Just looking for a simple yes or no, possibly some clarification if PA's are involved.

Adepts, bards, rangers, sorcerers, and
wizards of Pharasma may learn augury (2nd-
level), death knell (2nd-level), and speak with dead
(3rd-level) as if they were on their class spell list.
Clerics treat clairaudience/clairvoyance (3rd-
level), false life (2nd-level), and moment
of prescience (8th-level) as spells on
the cleric spell list.

Do they get this in PFS?

Was recently asked by a US player about Racial Boons, and how to implement them.

Hadn't the foggiest idea what he was on about, never having seen them in UK.

So, as the the title says, what are these Racial Boons, will they be available in UK, and when?

We've just had Dragonmeet in London, and I'vev not seen any racial boons. WIll they be available at Conception (in Jan) and how do we players get hold of them?

(I'm interested in the nerfed version of Tiefling in Council of Thieves). As a GM, I'm not sure how to deal with them, since there's nothing under 'allowable resources' (So I'll prob have to disallow).

Been playing the old Neverwinter nights game recently, on one of the CEP servers.

Got me thinking, will there ever be a Pathfinder based PC RPG, on the same lines as Neverwinter Nights?

Is the Shadow Lodge the new IPCC (Independent Pathfinder Complaints Commission), since they're the new Pathfinder Watchdog?

(For non-Brits IPCC is the Independent Police Complaints Commision, or IAD in USA)

Edit: PS Any chance my char can be allowed to have some ID docs made up? (IPCC). No game effect, just roleplaying value? Reckon cost about 1GP?
