Rough Background: Formerly the skald of an extremely minor noble, noble supported the wrong side after the king's death, Ottarr leaves before he could share his master's fate, has now come to _ looking for something worthy of being an epic.

Description: Slightly shorter than average and thin, Ottarr does not cut the most imposing figure. Still, he still seems inspiring. Also, has a short, well-kept beard.
