The only problem i have is the 30 or so Bucks needed for the shipping.. Which is why, tough i am more than willing to pay for the book, i will most likely not buy this, at least not as a preorder. Maybe i'll just wait till it gets translated in italian. Such a shame.

In my Kingmaker game two players have creation feats: wands, rings and wonderous items. Kingmaker is a bit atypical tough in so that it gives you years of time to craft. If the players do not abuse it creation can also get pretty funny and useful.

Also.. In the NPC codex the 13th level cleric is a Gorumite...almost too perfect..

-at a first glance i tought he was actualy a she (but hey, that might be my eyesight!)
-those are not shoes fit for an adventurer. Maybe for a courtesan.
-the white thing around his chin..meh, looks like he's stolen it from a nun
+very asmodean!

the Background
-looks more like an Inquisitor backstory to me
-..so he broke the rules to make someone else be framed for something she didn't? not sure this is..'legal'
+loving the change of faith thematic

I am totally going to use Eranex from Dragons Unleashed.
Even if she's a CR16 creature that encounter is highly risky in and of itself so players willing to get beaten to dust would find their mettle even with a normal silver adult dragon, but mthe point is that she's so damn fitting in KM! for her being a Fey creature and her BG!

aaaand giant troll of horror it was! my players enjoied the encounter, i ruled the troll would get the deflection bonus, the fast healing and a SR of 18 ( i went for a CR7, he was all alone in the dungeon after all and they would get to him at their full strenght, so not that much of a challenge).
seeing their face as i described first Shtishhak (Nooooo, him again!)
and then him entering in the troll from the beast overstretched mouth generating all sort of lights in the room (also dazing the ranger and his tiger companion for the first round) through the body of the rocky troll was priceless.
I also made him recite the phrases you suggested and the chopped head was simpli glorious.
they have no clues...

I'm going with the rampages, and follow the attack on fangberry, trapped slaves and dungeon almost exactly as written..
since my players ar almost at 8th level i want to shrink the end of the chapter.
the slave camp is going to get pushed together with the trapped slaves (among the slaves there will be one of my players mother and his future cohort). before that there will be the attack on fangberry farm.
lastly the dungeon and the owlbear (tough i think i'll just erease all those xp pignatas in the lair...)..

sooo..
yesterday my players did something a bit out of the expected...
they killed hargulka at the kobolds' dinner.
sure the asmodean cleric died (only because i ruled that the trolls would not get down untill they'd reach negative CON in hp..tough i must say the conflagration of the necklace would have killed him anyway), and akiros (now a cohort for the baroness) got severely hammered by nagrundi.. still they managed to overpower the trolls.
I've already played the boggard and the lizardfolks scenarios..
now the questions:
considering that my players are just shy of 8th level (being a group of three and using the fast advancement track has its drawbacks from a GM perspective), should i stick with the plot line and keep the rock troll (maybe adding a couple fighter levels) as a new-risen boss for the trolls? should i rule that the armies disband and only said troll remain in the lair, essentially using the dwarven outpost as written in the AP? any suggestion is highly apreciated!
