I've already exchanged a few emails with CS about this issue, but is seemed like we were talking past each other.

The original package for this order went missing. I never received it. When it appeared back at Paizo's, it was sent back to me (which was nice), but I was charged again ror shipping. This despite the fact that the failed delivery wasn't my fault, as I had not moved in the meantime, nor did I provide a wrong shipping address.

last Monday the postman arrived at my place with a foreign package. There was some money to be paid on delivery for custom fees, but the postman didn't have the change. He told me that he would came back the next day, but he hasn't done so. Unfortunately, he didn't leave me a reference number of some kind and thus I'm unable to track the package at the post office. Although, I?m not 100% positive, I think that it is likely that it was a package from Paizo. Is there some shipment number associated with the last packages that I can use to track it?

1)Orders 7694135. This package has not yet been delivered. I've received in the meantime Order 7745775.

2) Order 7799113. My credit card was originally declined. I submitted another card, but it is still listed as pending.

3) Order 4780436. The four items are currently in my sidecart. I'm unclear if they are going to ship separately or if they will be shipped with May subscriptions.

could you please change the credit card used to pay for this two pending orders and for all upcoming subscriptions order as well?. The card currently used is the one terminating with 9714; the one that I would like to use ends with 2364.

I tried to do this myself, but I was unable to. It is possible to update the card with a different address and a different expiration date, but I was unable to figure out how to switch cards in an order.

I see that now Bestiary 6 has been announced and Encounter Codex is no longer listed. Has it been cancelled? Postponed? Status unclear, ask again later? :-)

Once again, I find myself with a transaction denied on my card. This is getting bothersome. It all has to due with the fact that you will request an hold on funds weeks in advance of actually processing and shipping the order. Every month, I need to be sure that I've available twice the required funds because when you try to charge the cards the previous hold for the same amount is still in effect. No other online shopping venue has this issue. I get charged once (with no pre-authorization shenanigans) and that's that. It's frustrating, whay can't you just handle this like all other online shops?

Besides some books that are now in my sidecart and a digital subscription to Pathfinder Legends, I had also ordered the first 5 episodes of Mummy's Mask. For some reason, all but the first one have been immediately canceled. Could you tell me what went wrong? Should I resubmit the order for the other 4 episodes?

I've just received an email informing me that the payment on this order was declined due to insufficient funds on the card. While it's true that I'm close to the monthly limit due to having just purchased an expensive phone, I believe that I should still be under the limit.

I think however that when you tried to charge my card, the pre-authorization on the funds was still in effect and that way I need twice the order value as available funds.

Could you release the pre-authorization and then attempt to charge again?

If that doesn't work, how would I use a different card just for this order?

Has there been a change in the way the tags are assigned to subscribers? It used to be that if you subscribed to all of Paizo non licensed products you would be listed as a "super subscriber". Is that no longer the case?

I thought that doing this, I would still get the promo cards for that month, but I noticed that they do not appear in the order.

Hello, is there a way to not get those in my packages anymore?

They truly are a great nuisance. They're a nightmare to dispose of, they fracture into tiny pieces that stick to the books, to my fingers and start floating around the room and it takes forever to clean them.

I'm not sure if they can be properly recycled as plastic and so they're probably not really environmentally friendly.

Lastly, they don't even do their job all that well, since it can happen that books "protected" by them have small dents on the corners.

I'm sorry about this rant, but I would really like to get rid of them, if possible. Thanks for your attention.

Hello, the PACG promo card "Goblin Plate +1" wasn't together with the rest of the items in this order. I've checked all the boxes, since this order was shipped in several boxes.

I have this book listed in my forthcoming June subscription shipment, however, I also pledged for a RPG Pack add-on for the PO Kickstarter which includes a copy of the book.

Will the system handle this in an automatic way or should I suspend the Tales subscription for next month?

Is there a way to edit a currently stored credit card without deleting it and re-entering it from scratch?

I've only recently realized that the pledge manager was active and I tried to finalize my pledge by adding the RPG Print Pack add-on. However, there seems to be a problem and I'm unable to "confirm" the pledge.

I assume that the problem might be that I have an extra $5 in my pledge. Those are due to the fact that I originally mistakenly added too much to account for international shipping.

This order from January (that started my PACG) subscription is still listed as pending. This is most likely a small glitch in the system.

When at the Waterfront, does a character subtract 1 from *all* the dice in a check whenever he plays a weapon, or does he subtract 1 just from the dice that the weapon is granting?

I've just recently subscribed to this line and I have a couple of questions about the 20% discount for subscribers.

1) What does it apply to? Clearly it applies to items sent in subscription shipments, but what about previously released items in the line? Does it apply to the Player Mats?

2) Assuming the discount applies at least one of the items mentioned above, do I have to wait for the first subscription shipment to be sent, before the discount can be applied?

I would like to suggest naming the files for PDFs of Paizo products with the name of the product instead of the product code. Maybe this might be slightly impractical with multiple files versions, but it is (IMHO) totally warranted for singe files products (or versions).

The product code is not very meaningful for the end user and every month I end up renaming a bunch of files. Not a big deal, but still somewhat inconvenient.

Would this be possible?

I feel a little guilty about posting this, as I realize that it is rather irrelevant, but under the listing for this order the 3 Pathfinder Comics are listed as "pending" even though they have been shipped and, by this time, received by me.

In the statement from my Credit Card for this month I see 4 charges from Paizo. The first one, one October the 1st is for $60.76 which is the total for order #2679380.

There are three others (all on October the 22nd) for $77.24, $35.04 and $71.60, for a total of $183.88. However, the total for order #2816148 is $135.44.

1) Do you have an estimate about when order #2421026 will finish shipping? I imagine that the fudge dice are holding it up and I was wondering if you have a time-frame for their arrival.

2) Could you please check on your end the credit card transactions for these orders? From my end, I see the following charges:

$11.09 on 2/8
$90.60 on 2/15
$41.52 and $50.67 on 2/16.

I don't understand the first one. The second one (for $90.60) is the total for order #2438601; the last two seem to me the total for what has been shipped so far of order #2421026.

on October the 25th I received two emails regarding the rewards for the Pathfinder Online Kickstarter. Those emails listed two separate orders: #2286182 (Thornkeep book, the poster and the t-shirt) and #2286181 (2 PDFs: Flip-Mat and Thornkeep book).

I noticed that the physical copy of the Flip-Mat is missing from order #2286182. Furthermore, order #2286182 doesn't appear in my account. I realize that the Kickstarter rewards are not yet available, so those might just be glitches in the system, but I just wanted to double-check that there aren't any issues.

The issue with the payment for those two orders should have been solved. Could you try to process them again?

my copy of the Varnhold Vanishing included in this order has a print defect. I don't know the techincal term, but is is something that I've seen other times, especially with magazines: the corners exceed the normal size of a page and are folded back on the respective pages.
