How do you argue that a series of non-sequitur photographs with no commentary IS some sort of logical argument?
/boggle A picture is worth a thousand words?

Legally? I'd say that depends on jurisdiction. Morally, I don't see the problem as long as any excess aggression the dog might display as a result is confined to you. So keep it locked inside if you're going to do something that could make it more dangerous to random passers by.
I'd not something I'd do myself, mind. I just don't see it as rising to the level of morality. Dogs aren't people.
I'd be against torturing a adult chimpanzee, though. How about an immature chimpanzee? Or a human baby for that matter?
Your opinions here appear to me to be at odds with the political views and beliefs that are mentioned in your profile Samnell (I don’t think you can claim an animal to be a consenting party when it comes to humans inflicting violence on them, and violence in real life is violence in real life whether its perpetrated against a human or animal), so I’m going to assume you’re commenting so to get a reaction rather than due to actual conviction.
Having said that, people (as a whole) seem to have a whole lot of shades of grey when it comes to animal rights and morality in relation to animals. Things that are generally viewed as okay to do to a crab are not okay to do to a mouse, things that are generally okay to do to a mouse are not okay to do to a cow, things that are generally okay to do to a cow are not okay to do to a dog and so on. It is a tricky area filled with ethical pitfalls.
Great to hear Charlie’s birthday went well Aberzombie.
Fudge in a bell?
What is your job Kajehase? And you work in a place called Trollhatten, how cool is that?
Yep, the pbps are increasingly the main thing keeping me as an active part of this community, though I also enjoy talking music with Doodlebug, Shiny, Drunken Nomad and a few others, and catching up with the FAWTLies here and there.
I long ago came to the realisation that I have more adventure paths / adventures / modules than I will ever run, but I still enjoy reading them – and I might finally get to run one of the Pathfinder APs starting soon! I really should check out what is coming out next for the RPG subscription, I can probably dump that one ...

Yeah, you're hard to hit...
BTW, what's the deal with your sword? Your crit range is 15-20, but you don't have Improved Critical And I thought Beldan's AC was crazy high.

The Beasties Boys--haven't kept up with them, either. Clever video, as per usual. Song's not bad, either.
There is an extended (half hour) version of that video floating around as Fight For Your Right (Revisited). It has additional cameo appearances and a bunch of dialogue at various points. Especially funny / bizarre is the extended sequence that continues where the Make Some Noise video finishes.
Good stuff Moorluck and Solnes, I hope your move planning and saving goes well? Where are you guys based at the moment?

The 8th Dwarf wrote: Its 1:23 am - I just finished cleaning up after an excellent game of Pathfinder...
Our wizard gunslinger rogue is suffocating and the rest of us are down to one action per turn due to some horrible spell... Our kick ass killer Paladin has been turned into a peace loving hippy, by the BBEG.
We have only dropped one of the monk minions, and the evil cult leading BBEG is at least 4-5 caster levels above us.
Things are looking grim... My witch has a teleport spell we could flee but we would loose the Paladin and maybe a retainer.
Fight or flight - none of my spells have been successful so far... I buffed the Paladin and he has become a pacifist. The BBEG has a massive will save (I am guessing to counter my sleep hex).
Last toss of the dice... before we call it a night, I go with feeble mind not expecting it to work - bam the bad guy fails her save and we sigh with relief.
The GM says he assuming that as her int and charisma are now 1 she is going to act off instinct - Her instinct is to return to her true form....
She turns into a fiendish dragon... A wild instinct driven angry fiendish dragon... We call it a night. Time for my witch to move out of breath weapon range.
Sorry to dash and leave you to clean up man. It was a really good session, I’m sorry I had to make such a quick exit.
That first spell she hit us with was 9th level, so she must have a caster level of 17th or 18th (for those keeping score at home we have four 13th level PCs and two 11th level cohorts vs this BBEG and her squad of fighter and monk defenders).
That feeblemind was awesome – well done 8th Dwarf!
I have an idea to get my peace loving hippy paladin back into the action (at least partially), not sure if GM will go for it though. I think it works by RAW ... did Liella by any chance make a successful spellcraft check to identify the properties of the spell that Nadice hit him with?
I’m not afraid of clowns but I do find them rather creepy.
Sorry to hear the news Heath. My thoughts are with you and your family.
The first pair of feats sounds more fun doesn't it?
Yep, that’s almost exactly what you would see in our old studios at that time of night as semester’s end approached.
Define interesting.
Yep, lots of late nights / all nighters in the studios at university too, though I never heard of all that much going on there; so many people lived within a couple of kilometre radius of the university (or on campus) it was usually easier to go back to someone’s place for that sort of thing.
Will Cooper wrote:
What do we noobs need to know about the campaign, the existing characters, and the style of play. Other than 'heathy', that is.
We kind of bounce around a lot, do a bit of this, a bit of that ... usually defeat the bad guys but leave a lot of loose ends behind us. We were on our way to the Isle of Dread via Sasserine from Saltmarsh (I forget why) when we got distracted, ended up in Asgard to find a giant magic user, got distracted by some troll wizards, then in a fight between dwarves and efreet, then in a quest to slay a dragon, then pissed off Loki and ended up here.
We tend to do a lot of pretty full-on battles interspersed with wandering about looking for trouble, getting drunk and philosophising and getting ambushed by assassins in bath-houses and brothels.
You’ll meet the party soon enough. While they’re all definitely good guys they’re no paladins and don’t mind getting their hands dirty (or abandoning a quest to go treasure hunting or get drunk or laid).

Please do it. Well, I don't need much encouragement. ;-) But I appreciate the vote for the concept very much. Yeah, good call I think.
Hey all.
