the nondescript human asks you a question in an eerily forgettable voice "Does your library contain knowledge on every subject, Mr. Morgan?"

"To say that is to say that there is a limit on knowledge. New subjects are constantly being added, while old subjects are updated. Any knowledge that wishes to be found will be found. While some areas are proscibed, if you look and ask questions, you should be able to find what you wish."

"Very well then, if you will walk this way. I am Mr. Morgan, the head librarian here at Avalon. At present most of the students are on an extended field trip so it is emptier than normal here. If you need directions around the school you have merely to address the school itself."

What are you trying to figure out about him?

M Human? Psion

Good afternoon. I understand the three of you seek to be students here, correct? If you will follow me I shall lead you to the headmasters office.

Good, you can look beneath the surface. Most never get that far. To answer your question I have to deal with students and faculty that would find my normal form disquieting at best. If you wish, I will show you.

"So far, it looks to be mostly bad. I'm not sure the beauty of the new sky is worth the cost. That is yet to be seen."

"Times of transistion are always difficult for those living through them. Having said that, what do you plan to do now that you have looked over the information on the Dragon Empire in the restricted room? Being who you are makes your possession of that knowledge very dangerous. If you decide on a course to bring the Empire here, I suggest you talk to a few others that can tell you more about it. Mr. Ghalen Kiln, so I have been informed, actually held a position of authority within the Empire. Also Mr. Velvarmisan Shephord can give you another point of view. As the Ambassader of the Axiomite race he is outside both the Empire and Avalon."

Your 31 was exactly enough to see that the disguise was a disguise.

To Headmaster Ryo::The breakin to the room containing the Dragon Empire information was a Tyrrin Denulia, who claims to be the daughter of High Seer Denulia. I have reason to believe she was assisted by Mr. de Eil, but have not actually seen him, only one of his rats. I am certain that he wanted us to know he was involved.::

"Because it will be a defining moment of these times. Anything that happens, good or bad, will be attributed to it. At least until something much worse happens."

You notice that Morgans actions seem to be off somehow.

Tyrrin doesn't slow down until she was just about to pass the Librarian, but stopped when he asks her name. "Pleasure to meet you Mr. Morgan. I am Tyrrin Denulia, Daughter of High Seer Denulia. I have finished my research for the day, thank you." She says simply, before proceeding on her way.

I'm not blocking, I promise, that's just how Tyrrin is. Walk with her. xD

Morgan walks beside her. "The Daughter of High Seer Denulia. Then you are here most likely because you are of an age when your own powers are manifesting. Perhaps kicked off by the changing of the sky. Yes that would seem to fit. How do you feel about that event?"

Roll perception to notice he is a disguise.

In case it was missed, Tyrrin leaving was the librarian's cue to "catch" her.

Morgan makes his way into the Mystery section and steps in front of Tyrrin. He recognizes her from his earlier spell.

"Awake now I see, good. Anything you need help looking for? I'm Mr. Morgan the librarian by the way. What is your name if I may ask?"

Morgan arrives at the room with all the data-pads and searches for clues.
Perception: 1d20 + 33 ⇒ (14) + 33 = 47

Finding the small pile of ashes he casts touch of history (1 min casting time for 3 hours of history)from a scroll.
Knowledge arcane in place of spellcraft (order ability): 1d20 + 35 ⇒ (19) + 35 = 54

Focusing on the history of the burned card Morgan is able stealthly track its recipiant.

Survival: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (6) + 23 = 29
Stealth: 1d20 + 27 + 15 ⇒ (2) + 27 + 15 = 44

Morgan is working at rebinding a book when the alarm goes off. Upon checking the reason, he contacts Headmaster Ryo via telepathy.

::Excuse me Headmaster. There has been a breakin in one of the restricted libraries containing information on the Dragon Empire. Whomever broke in was apparently able to mask their presense for several minutes. Am checking on it now.::

Tyrrin wanders throughout the library, looking for any information she can find concerning the scaled creatures she had seen in her dreams. Exhausted though she is, eventually she finds a book on large winged magical lizards, though she had barely started to read when she dips her head to the book and falls asleep once again.

While making his rounds Morgan comes across the exhausted Tyrrin. Shaking his head he uses telekinesis to carefully lift her up enough to remove the book from under her and replces it with a cushion from one of the other chairs. Well at least they were usually quiet when they were like this.

Continuing through the aisles, Morgan watches as the Headmasters children unroll their map and vanish. Walking over to the table he looks over what they had pulled out and begins to cordon off the area around it.
"While interesting, I really would prefer if they asked for help finding things like this." he thinks to himself.

Checking on the locations of the other sentients on his mental map he approaches Jaiye.

"Miss Jaiye. I believe we have had the discussion about food in the library before, have we not? Hand it over. You may have it back when you leave."
