That's six so far.
Will get background finished tonight
Basic outline of Miho
"Sorry I knw a few languages, but it seems we share none in common."
second roll 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (2, 4) + 6 = 12
Miho strides forward (5ft step) and attacks the hobgoblin brutally. 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (9) + 12 = 21
1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23
2d6 + 6 ⇒ (6, 5) + 6 = 17
[dice]2d6+6[dice]
Initiative 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Miho grits her teeth as the shards of energy bite into her. She looks at the girl and melodic words flow from her mouth, their tones reminicent of the beauty of a thunderstorm.
Celestial
Hoisting the mighty blade upwards again the room echoes with her blow as she again strikes the chain biting into the same link.
Overhand Chop, Adamantine Sunder attempt (1d20+14=28, 2d6+8=13)
Upon seeing the girl, Miho's eyes flash with rage. In three quick steps she angrily strides across the room, her massive sword rising as she moves and amidst a bellow of rage, hammering down on the chain that holds the waif captive.
Overhand chop Sunder (adamantine weapon) Sunder (1d20+12=20, 2d6+8=14)
In a massive sweeping motion Miho flicks the blood from her blade, hoisting the enormous sword onto her shoulder. She menacingly stride towards the staircase, observing the battlefield as she goes.
Done. Actually the only thing I needed to change. Fighte'r pretty much the same up to 5.
"What the...???"
Miho stares at the ghost in suprise.
It's like a team super on the minotaur
Seeing the minotaur reel in agony, Miho rushes to the attack, charging as she prepare her swing.
1d20+14=19, 2d6+6=17
Miho twists her body with the momentum of her charge, turning to bring the massive blade in a sweeping horizontal motion to slash across the Hobgoblin's stomach1d20+12=19, 2d6+6=17
She follows through with the motion bringing her blade in an arc that goes behind her head, rising to become a decending strike from over her opposite shoulder as her arms strain to guide the monstrous weapon
Second attack1d20+7=24, 2d6+6=11
Went after the one in J 5
Nightwish wrote: Okay, here is the gridded version of the 1st floor map. Everybody put yourselves on there where you want to be. The baddies will be represented by red circles, and you guys will be represented by green circles. For now, I've gone ahead and positioned Coraline, Neevan and Amie, since they're already in the melee, and since Neevan and Amie have to be in adjacent squares due to the Bull's Strength spell, which is a touch spell. From here on out, though, you can position yourselves wherever you wish. The rest of you, since you were back near the entry door, or outside, just go ahead and put yourselves on the map wherever you want to be (tell me the map coordinates).
Grid Map for Round 1
Note: for those of you who are not familiar with MediaFire, you'll need to click on the "click here to start download" link when the page comes up.
J4 if you want tro rule that her charge took her through her opponent's square(samurai move)
With a primal yell of focus Miho starts to move, picking up speed with every step, her hands seem to move into an overhead position as her blade seems to leap into her hands, one second it is on her back, the next in her hands.
She charges a hobgoblin facing the women, bringing her blade straight down onto it. AND THROUGH IT.
Power attack for 2 points, charge+2 total attack bonus1d20+12=31, 2d6+10=19
Crit confirmation
1d20+12=32, 2d6+10=14
Total damage =33+4 if surprise round=37 damage
Now that's an entrance
That works. Went with Discipline.
Also wondering what the regional feat would be for Tian Min?
Glad to be back, and alive! Hellish 2 weeks and at least a month of recovery time.
I'll look at Tome of Battle, hell I may even take a few levels of Warblade at some point.
Awesome
Let me know when Miho is ready.
I've been laid up for 2 weeks recovering from spinal bacterial managitis. I'm back for the most part now and ready to join in if you'll have me.
As far as oaths go I think they tend more towards broad and sweeping.
It's described as one the DM uses to motivate the player and as a hook to motivate the entire party.
Examples include a lord of the same alignment, an organization of same alignment and goals, a deity or an ideal.
Rule of thimb is it stacks unless it says it doesn't.
What I've got so far.
Wait till you see her background.
