As Mike Brock stated, at Origins you can earn a free stay. If you sign up to GM at least 7 slots then you earn a GM badge and a spot in a hotel with other GMs. As it stands now, I have hotel space for 4 more GMs. At the very least you will get a GM boon and a chance at the other boons. You can also watch Mike Brock slaughter groups in Bonekeep. Origins is June 12-16 this year and will be a lot of fun. If interested, please go to Origins GM Application. I could use a couple GMs for Thursday the 13th at 7pm, a few for scattered HQ slots, and Overfill/Backup GM spots.

This year we will have over 200 slots. My last count was at 204 total slots. Last year we successfully ran 122 tables with the vast majority being 6-7 player tables.
This year we are going to be running all 4 parts of Eyes of the Ten series for those characters at level 12. Then we are looking to run a level 12+ table of Race for the Runecarved Key. There is also Academy of Secrets on the schedule for those level 12s that have already played Race. On Sunday, we look to cap it all off with Tomb of the Iron Medusa. Other highlights for PFS at Origins include the running of Thornkeep from Pathfinder Online, Part 1 of Jason Buhlman’s special dungeon in the PFS Special: Ruins of Bonekeep, the EX Special Day of the Demon, and the brand new scenarios released in April and May. Mike Brock will be on hand to GM some Bonekeep tables pushing the players to their limit. I even have a GM flying in from Australia to take part in all the fun. Lastly, we are looking to end Origins with a lot of fun for those who stick around. We are holding our first annual Goblin Bash. That’s right, we will be ending it all with Goblin fun. We will be running We Be Goblins followed by the debut of We Be Goblins 2 (outside of Free RPG Day). There may even be an appearance by some Goblins looking to see how devious of a Goblin everyone is being.
There are still some open GM slots left and plenty of Hotel space as well. I can use GMs for each day with the main priority being Thursday night 7pm slot. If interested, go to Origins GM Application to sign up.
OhioPFS has been updated with more events.
Congrats!
I am still recruiting GMs for Origins. I need folks for all days with Thursday and Friday night as my biggest needs. GMing 4 slots to earn a GM badge will save you $55 based upon early registration. I still have room for at least 8 more GMs to earn a free hotel stay. GM at least 7 slots to earn it.
More games have been added to the schedule for Cincinnati, Columbus, and Dayton. Go to Ohiopfs.org and sign up for the site and then sign up for the game you would like.
Congrats!
Glad you can make it to Origins this year.
It really is a good deal Brent. The Early Bird Full Show badge is $55. By GMing 4 slots, you save a good amount of money that could be spent in the dealer hall. Of course, if you are from out of town and want to GM 7 slots, you get the badge and a share of a hotel room.
Congrats!
I still have some GM slots and possibly HQ slots available. I have Hotel space for 8 more GMs. With these 8, not only will we have enough to fill my current availability but also have a good amount of overflow GMs. For those not needing a hotel space or are local, go ahead and sign up for 4 slots to get a GM badge. To sign up, go to GM Application.
Congrats!

Michael,
Glad your able to make it again this year.
Chris,
Awesome news! Unless of course your murdered then not so good news.
When I run out of places to house GMs.
mikem91,
First Steps is being run Thursday through Saturday and can easily be added/swapped in if an event doesn't fill or with overage GMs. There will also be Beginner Boxes ran Friday and Saturday. They are easy to swap in as well. There will be plenty of level 1-5 scenarios as well so you can go from First Steps to start playing them at level 2.
michaelane,
PM sent.
Chris,
Good catch, I have adjusted it accordingly.
Wes,
Yes I am still accepting GM applications and will send you some info tonight.
For anyone else interested in GMing at Origins, please go to Origins GM Application.
Thanks Brent for signing up to GM. We are still looking for more GMs for Origins. We are over half way to our GM goal. There will be a GM boon given out as well as well as a chance to get other boons.
A 2nd table has been added for tomorrow night at The Soldiery Columbus. To sign up, register at ohiopfs.org.
Congrats!
As announced on tonight's Know Direction live podcast, the Goblin Bash at Origins will include both We Be Goblins and We Be Goblins Too. Outside of Free RPG day, this will be one of the first opportunities to play or GM We Be Goblins Too!
Welcome to the team!
Welcome to the Team!
Thanks to those GMs who have already signed up. We need more though to pull off this amazing event. I have more surprises and announcements to share for this year's Origins but have to wait for them become official. Sign up now to GM and get in on the fun in June.
Congratulations to Brent Bowser who I have selected to become the new Dayton VL!
Brent has been running and organizing games in Cincinnati, Dayton, and at Origins. He is one of the two people who stepped up to take over the Dayton area when the previous VL stepped down. He has been a great resource and sounding board for me with PFS and am proud to have him join our ranks.
Some of you may have met or heard of Brent by his alter ego "Vincent Holiday." He is a stand up comedian performing in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
Give Brent a Big Welcome here on the boards and in person at Origins 2013.
Happy Birthday!!
Congrats and thanks for taking my Cyphermage table!

Origins GM registration is live. To sign up to GM, go to GM Application.
In 2013, PFS at Origins seeks to raise the bar. For starters, we aim to be a place where level 12+ characters can find new adventures to embark on. With that said, we are going to be running all 4 parts of Eyes of the Ten series for those characters at level 12. Then we are looking to run a level 12+ table of Race for the Runecarved Key. On Sunday, we look to cap it all off with the level 14 module Tomb of the Iron Medusa. Lastly, we are looking to end Origins with a lot of fun for those who stick around. We are holding our first annual Goblin Bash. That’s right, we will be ending it all with Goblin fun. There may even be an appearance by some Goblins looking to see how devious of a Goblin everyone is being.
I can confirm that Race for the RuneCarved Key will be run at Origins and I would like to get at least one lvl 12+ table.
Congrats!!!

I wouldn't mind seeing a couple more Dragons. I think a nice arc for Drows would be pretty cool and would allow my Dwarf Paladin to kill some more Elves. Some incursions into the Darklands would be nice.
Join us this Saturday at The GuardTower at 3pm for Pathfinder Society Scenario #49: Among the Dead run by Matthew Morris. Please visit OhioPFS.org to sign up.
