Dragon Form (Su) As part of the Manakete class and race, the Manakete may transform into a Dragon. As part of the transformation, the Manakete must select from the Dragon Form list (See Below) and must be within one step of its alignment. The step may be in the Law/Chaos axis or the Good/Evil axis, but it cannot be one of both. Once chosen, the selection may not be changed. The transformation is violent, changing the stats of the Manakete to match the stats chosen for the Dragon Form. This transformation may only be done a number of times per day equal to the Manakete’s CON mod + Manakete level. The number of rounds will not change regardless of the current CON mod of the Manakete, and only effects the total of the Human Form. If the Manakete does not have a Dragonstone in its hand, it cannot perform the transformation. The time taken to transform is different per dragon, some taking a longer transformation time than others.

Dragonstone (Ex) At 1st level, Manaketes form a powerful bond with an object. This bond must take the form of a stone. The stone’s color is the same color as the Manakete’s Dragon Form, and fits in the palm of your hand. It takes a whole week to create a Dragonstone, consuming the will and power of the Manakete who created it. Any stone will do in the creation, but the Manakete who creates it must not use his Dragon Form ability the entire time or else he will create an imperfect Dragonstone. An Imperfect Dragonstone has the same qualities as a Dragonstone, but can only be used once. After the use, it will break into small shards that cannot be put back together. The process of creating a Dragonstone costs nothing. A Manakete may use multiple stones, but each stone may

Low-Light Vision. (Ex) As the bond between Manakete and Dragon strengthens, it eventually grants the Manakete some of his Forms amazing senses. At 2nd level, the Manakete gains low-light vision.

Resist Energy (Su) Beginning at 3rd level, a Manakete gains a natural resistance to damage of the same energy type as the damage of his bonded Dragon Form’s breath weapon. This begins at energy resistance 5, and increases by 5 every 5 levels, to a maximum of energy resistance 20 at 18th level.
