Marcello owns six daggers. He keeps two in his spring loaded wrist sheaths. He has two others in his hands at all times unless he needs to use his hands for something else, like Climbing. He wants to use his Stealth and high Initiative to get off as many attacks as possible (ideal would be one in the Surprise Round and one in the 1st Round before his enemy has acted) while his enemies are still flat-footed. If flanking is his only option to sneak attack, he'll do everything he can to get in flanking position.

Marcello is a hired hand, but is used to being hired by nobles. Because of that, he'll often protect anyone who seems of noble birth out of habit.
