Hi guys

I have an issue with this order. It is my sub to planet stories and was supposed to be The Sword of Rhianon, BUT you guys shipped me Pathfinder adventure path 19 instead!!!

Please ship me my proper book and I will return the pathfinder asap. My book is supposed to ship 2 day, but I would appreciate it if you guys would send it out to me next day so I can have it for the weekend.

Please let me know what's up with this issue.

Eric - no way I'd cancel my Planet Stories sub! I look forward to that awesome planetary adventure goodness each and every month! Being a child of the 70s it's the kind of stuff I grew up with! I just can't resist it. AND I'm eternally greatful to you for getting this stuff back into print where I can read it and share it with my son.

Please cancel my subscriptions to pathfinder adventure path, pathfinder companion, and pathfinder chronicles. I would like to keep my subscription to planet stories however. Also my last planet stories book did not ship due to an issue with the credit card. Can you please recharge that and ship that book (The Outlaws of Mars).

Hey out there!

I've got a question on the school powers gained at 1st level. Is this spell-like ability only once per day or at will?

For example: an Evoker gains the Energy Ray ability. Is this ability limited to once per day or is it an at will ability? It's not clear (at least to me).

Just placed this order to restart my subs to Pathfinder Adventure Path and Pathfinder Companion. However it wants to start my subs with the December offerings Pathfinder 17 and the Osirion companion. I would like these subs to start with issue 14 of pathfinder and with the Second Darkness issue of the companion.

Also I would like each of these subs to ship as soon as possible, it looks like it will wait for all preorders to arrive to ship.

Please make these adjustments to my order.

I've got a simliar problem. I've gotten an email saying pathfinder 7 and harrow cards are shipping, and when I check the site the player's guide is listed as waiting. I also sub to Planet Stories and don't have Northwest listed or the Guide to Korvosa. I've select ship everything as they arrive so that could be the difference for me...

I got the new confirmation but it's still not right.

I see you've fixed the shipping to priority mail, BUT it still says "Will ship when all preordered items arrive at our warehouse". I most definately want the items to ship as they arrive! Please make that change for me.

I just placed this order for a number of Planet Stories books. I chose the Priority Mail shipping option, but for some reason it changed to back to the default shipping method. Can we get this fixed?

Also I ordered a bunch of future books and I want them shipped as them arrive, which I selected at the top of the order. Now when I look at the confirmation it says it will wait until all preorders arrive to ship. I do not want that! I would like the books to ship seperately as they arrive. Help!
