I placed order # 2887797 during the Great Golem Sale (November 10).
When it started to seem like the delivery would be delayed, I changed my default delivery address on December 02.
However, when the system sent updated confirmations for my pending orders, I noticed that some promotions had disappeared from order # 2887797 (from Rackham Confrontation miniatures). As a result, the price of my order more than tripled.
The system also notified me about some problem with my credit card, although the card is fine and I was nowhere near my credit limit.
Anyway, I immediately sent mail to Paizo customer service requesting a correction to these problems. However, I never got any reply.
And now I just got Order #2887797 Shipment notification, and it seems that I have paid the incorrect, higher price.
I'm sure this can be rectified retroactively, but because of the price tag on the package, the customs officers in my country are probably going to add a hefty fee on top of my other expenses.
So what do we learn about this?
Well, instead of waiting patiently for a reply to your mail from customer service, you should write on this forum, since it seems that way you can get preferential treatment.
Anyway, if it is too late to change the billing, please refund that extra price.
