The friendly landowner shrugs. "Your enemies are your enemies. If you are like a lodestone for troubles, then you are wise to tell me. That means you will not bring those troubles to my door willingly. A doctor is a doctor. It is good to know one. We do not need anything today, but there are a lot of good people in this ward, and we have no physician. If you let me know his rates and services, I can certainly find work for him, in exchange for cheap care for my family and employees. Room too, if he wants it.
