About Lisbarr Gorrowsel
Raised by his elfin mother until the age of 11. His mother never said much about his father except that she didn't want to talk about him. However, Lisbarr inherited his father's determination to get things done the way he wanted and finally discovered who and where his father was. Upon seeing his son for the first time, his father, a mediochre blacksmith, kidnapped him and held him prisoner, forcing him to work for him for 5 years until his mother finally managed to arrange his rescue.
The incident had a number of effects: Firstly, he now believes it when his mother tells him about another person's character. Secondly he now knew there was evil in the world and resolved to crush it out totally, if he cuould. He is convinced that his father is a member of some dark and evil cult, but does not have the evidence he needs to justify terminating his existance.
Lisbar, at 38, is now much more in control of his life and destiny. The only area of extreme doubt and uncertainty he experiences is after he has seen his father - when he cannot imagine how his mother would have willingly had a child by him. Maybe one day he wil find the answers he seeks.
