Wishlists allow you to track products you'd like to buy, or—if you make a wishlist public—to have others buy for you.
Lists allow you to track products, product categories, blog entries, messageboard forums, threads, and posts, and even other lists! For example, see Lisa Stevens' items used in her Burnt Offerings game sessions.

This list is a bunch of the items that I used during the play of my Burnt Offerings games sessions. I used a bunch of other things, like old Grenadier and Ral Partha minis that aren't available anymore, as well as some terrain features that I've collected through the years. I also used the market tiles from Map Pack: Village to create the base scene for the Swallowtail Festival, though that Map Pack is now out of print.
I wish these had been around when I ran Burnt Offerings for my group, but instead I had to use various prepainted D&D minis.
