The capricious nature of the fey runs in your family due to some intermingling of fey blood or magic. You are more emotional than most, prone to bouts of joy and rage.

Bloodline Arcana: Whenever you cast a spell of the compulsion subschool, increase the spell's DC by +2.
Bloodline Powers: You have always had a tie to the natural world, and as your power increases, so does the influence of the fey over your magic.
Laughing Touch (Sp): At 1st level, you can cause a creature to burst out laughing for 1 round as a melee touch attack. A laughing creature can only take a move action but can defend itself normally. Once a creature has been affected by laughing touch, it is immune to its effect for 24 hours. You can you this ability a number of times per day equal to 3+your charisma modifier.

Levistus' life amongst the Chelish was one of a quickly rising star. He had it all: Good looks, a voice that caused women to swoon and men to envy, noble blood, and (most importantly) an infernal bloodline. He however hid a deep dark secret, one that envious rivals stumbled upon. His blood was, in fact, not infernal but fey in origin due to a dalliance by a forebear with a fey creature. He grew up aware of this and used his silken tongue and resources to misdirect those seeking the truth. This was not to last, he lost everything and had the option of staying to face the ridicule and shame or flee. He chose the latter. The Taldan in Absalom knew a good thing when they saw it and quickly moved to bring him into the fold. His hatred for those who "wronged" him in Cheliax blossomed into hating everything Chelish and further indoctrinated him in the Taldane mindset. He now seeks to undermine Cheliax and anyone else the Taldan's target. His glory will be reclaimed.
