About Leandra Christine Schneider

I guess I'm the girl my local wikipedia article sums up with the word "nerdine" (which is a rather interesting word-creation isn't it?). I enjoy RPGs immensely (as you might have guessed) and especially D&D because of its flexibility and large community. I've been playing for about 12 years now and I mostly DM for a few local groups in my area.
D&D (and Pen and Paper RPGs in general) are not super-popular here but I always had that nagging feeling that the percentage of female players is slightly above the usual, dismal average.

I also enjoy movies (and books, and theater and.....oh, make it stories in general) and I just love going to the cinema. My favorite music is loud and fast: Nightwish, Xandria, ASP and Subway to Sally but I'm a horrible dancer (mind the Dex).
Oh, and I am addicted to Dr.Pepper Cola (which terribly hard to get here).

Other than that, I'm a student at my local uni doing Bioinformatics which is a (rather long and strange) Topic in itself.

Considering these stats of mine:

  • I used the elite array because it was easier to assign the scores. It still feels like talking about your own "advantages" which is always a feels little...urgh...
  • The samurai level is from me doing Kendo for several years...but apparently being C/G I can't advance there any further.
Fortunately I can keep all my feats, skills, the Daisho and I am only being dishonored in return. Better than first level fighter. (Yes I support min-maxing in my games ;-)
  • Artificer because I just like the class, and I'm doing ok at making weird things and painting minis. Also the 2nd level grants brew potion which makes for nice cocktails.
