hmm may have to think about this. I have a few of players that love older settings. So this may be something fun to run on off game days. Though I may get it for the figs themselves. Have a thing for dracoliches.
One thing... Tell me that ugly pink skinned thing on the box isn't supposed to be Count Strahd...
This is Strahd, or THIS (favorite)! Not that thing though

PF Core Rulebook wrote: Ghost Touch: A ghost touch weapon deals damage
normally against incorporeal creatures, regardless of
its bonus. An incorporeal creature’s 50% reduction in
damage from corporeal sources does not apply to attacks

be picked up and moved by an incorporeal creature at any
time. A manifesting ghost can wield the weapon against
corporeal foes. Essentially, a ghost touch weapon counts as
both corporeal or incorporeal.

No where does it mention that ghost touch is for melee only weapns. So a ghost touch bow is good.
In on honor of the chupacabra, I think the Cucuy needs some love, or the llorona (though thinking on it a ghost or banshee could fill her role).

As for unarmed stike, Vrock, I have to say no to the increase in damage. While you may use large weapons, you're still a medium creature, I would say you deal damage as a medium creature.
RAW, you're probably correct... But I'd probably allow it for it's cool factor. Makes Chelaxian tielfing monks a wee bit more dangerous!
--Chop-socky Vrocky True. Cool factor does trump RAW heh

If anything they should be spell-like and not supernatural. As spell-like abilities they are subject to SR, counterspelling and dispelling. More importantly the flavor of being spell-like fits.
Core Rulebook, pg. 221 wrote: A spell-like ability has

-sidenote- I still believe, after the beta testing of the PFRPG, that the sorcerers spells being cast as spell-like abilities fits :)
seekerofshadowlight wrote: 1: I think powers must be spells. They must use the same casting rules from chapter 9 of the PFRPG. This is not about points or no points but when I stat up a psion I should be able to list his "powers" from the core rule book like any other class. They should use the same rules, same SR and same freaking skill checks.
2: The free still, silent spell needs to go As for the V,S,M not fitting I call bull on most of it. In books and tv psychic powers always have gestures or words of some type, many need a focus or an item to use. So really it fits {Also though ya could have eschew materials for free, which to me works best}
+1
If the other classes have to deal with the components so should the psionist. And while I am a fan of spell and power points, making a psionic character into a vancian based caster could/would save on having to explain a new point system to new players.
seekerofshadowlight wrote: 3: Novaing, It needs addressed and ended, I don't care how, no points , max points per power per level, a prancing pixie keeping score. Does not matter as long as it is addressed and ended. Not sure. Though I never ran into Novaing in my games.
Shieldknight wrote: I love "Gravity Bow". Especially for my Arcane Archer. I love this spell too. As does my player and her arcane archer.
Not a big 4e player, but do enjoy the occasional pbp :)
But I do have a few players that loved playing Dark Sun, and I may have to wind up getting this and gining it a try.
Let me first say, it's your game run it how ever you like.
Now on to my thoughts. Plan and simple the alchemist does not cast spells. His abilities (alchemy, mutagen, bomb) are all supernatural abilites, again not spells. So he doen't qualify for things like eldritch knight, arcane trickster and so forth.
But again it's your game if you feel that allowing the alchemist to qualify for classes and feats that would normally required a character to cast, knock your socks off.

Yup.
So Cameron and company will be rereleasing Avatar with bonus scenes, yippee. Because I want to go spent $10-$12 for an additional 8 minutes of footage.
But now they're preparing to release Titanic in all it's remastered, Leonardo Dicraprio (a fair judgment of his acting at the time. He's actually a pretty good actor now), Celine Dion screeching goodness. Though this time in THREE DIMENSIONS.

The lady and I have just finished seeing the film. I gotta say it's been awhile since I've seen something I can laugh and geek out at. 8-bit music (LEGEND OF ZELDA YAY)/an awesome 8-bit sword! Awesome and corny fight scenes, and visuals are killer. I love this movie.
I spent the first 5 or 10 minsutes scratching my head, but after that it dove into the plot and kept me thoughly entertained.
Is it worth your $8-$10... YES. YES. Oh sweet baby Cthulhu yes!! I'd have to give this atleast 4 out of 5 stars. The begining is slow and can leave you going "Huh?" but gets WAY better. Also the geeky levels of awesome throughout the movie may not be for everyone.
Hey look a review of the Deadliest Warrior video game. Let's see how awesome this is.
Alrigty then, spent the night watching The Dungeon Masters and Monster Camp.
Gotta say I was expecting more out of Dungeon Masters. It was alright, but dragged heavily at times.
Now Monster Camp, available on Netflix's Instant Queue, was a hoot. It was fun watching them run around and hit each other with boffers. Plus listening to some of their reasons behind playing made me laugh.
