Larry,

I always assumed he was too out of his gourd with fright to make much sense.

I was thinking that too. I wanted to get it right for our Scribblers' Rest podcast production of Strange Aeons.

How did everyone deal with Part 1: Prison of the Mind, A1A. The Cells NPC Campre Linweigh? If the party saves him it doesn't really say what he knows or doesn't know.

Thank you for the map update. Would it be possible that Scenario listings have a list of maps needed in their listings? Ex: Custom, Flip-Mat: Dungeon, and Map Pack: Armada. It would really help GMs plan things out. Might be able to make one transaction with all those items instead of multiple transactions. Just a thought.

My thought is that if you are size small you are trained to use a size small version of the weapon. If you were size medium you were trained to use a medium size version. Understandable to get the penalty for using a larger or smaller size version. But if you were trained to use a smaller or larger size version then you would get penalties for using a different size of it.

Weapon proficiency applies to all sizes of that weapon. You don't pick a size when you select the feat.

You get a -2 penalty when using a weapon smaller or larger than your size category. I was assuming that you are trained in a particular size and are familiar with other sizes (thus the -2 penalty per size category).

Question: If you buy an weapon proficiency feat can you buy it at a size other than your size? If you are medium size can you buy the proficiency for small size? Assuming the proficiency would ALWAYS apply to that weapon size. Example: You spend a feat to buy Exotic Weapon Proficiency but for one weapon and instead take it as Exotic Weapon Proficiency size small NOT medium while the PC is size medium. Is this doable in Society play?

I was baffled by this lack of darkvision animals of size small to medium too. I believe there should be a multitude of land or underdark animal types that should have it. Makes perfect sense for some of these types to fit that niche in nature. Dwarves and half-orcs are not "magical" creatures. Why the goblin dog got this ability taken away is beyond me. Makes sense for goblin dogs to have it. Perhaps Paizo needs to clarify this. Suggestion: revamp a few animals to have it or allow vermin to be included with Beast Shape. With Summon Nature's Ally it brings vermin type. Elementals are brought into the picture at 6th level with Elemental Body I. They are also allowed with Summon Nature's Ally.
