About Klinn Sharasik
The first thing you notice about Klinn is not about Klinn at all; you notice the bizarre creature at his side. It is the size of a large dog (not 10ft square, just a big dog), but seems to move more like wild cat. It is covered with hard, dark brown scales from head to toe... except it has no head. Where there aught to be a neck, there is a human-like face, square between the shoulders, with 8 inch stalks eyes coming from the creature's eye sockets. On the creature's forehead, an unnatural symbol glows eerily the The mouth smiles at you, too wide, and reveals monstrous teeth. You nearly fail to notice the claws on it's front feet, until it begins pick it's teeth with them.
After that creature, Klinn is a sight for sore eyes. His appearance is rather unremarkable, except for the strange symbol on his forehead. He seems about average height and build. Dark brown hair, dark eyes. He is dressed in travelers clothes, but they are in good condition. He confidently walks up to you and introduces himself. You find yourself trusting the fellow, telling him about your family, your work, the lives of the people in the town. Too bad you didn't notice Karina behind you...
You go about your day, but as you head home, you have a funny feeling. Where did your keys go? You come home to find them hanging on the front door. Odd, you think. You open your door to find your house completely ransacked. Your family is tied up and unconscious, covered with scratches and bite marks. Your valuables are gone. Now, what exactly did that Klinn look like again...?
