Physical Description: Ben "Kikuchiyo" Forrester is tall, broad-shouldered and lean; more like a martial artist than a bouncer or bodybuilder. His hair is cut in a reverse of the medieval samurai cut- shaved around the sides and the back, but longish on the top. He typically wears a leather motor cycle jacket (black with blue accents) with a Ki-Rin on the back over a band or trid studio t-shirt and military inspired cargo pants. Usually covered by a jacket, his cyber arms resemble skinless human musculature with a matte black finish; though there are a few scuffs and scratches here and there. Around the back of his head and neck behind his ears are symmetrical surgical scars. When the protective covers implanted in his cheekbones aren't snapped out, his eyes glow green or red in the dark.

Kikuchiyo does his best to remain quiet and terse in most situations- like Shinjiru Okada's character in Blood Monsoon 3. Badass like that, just throwing out the minimum number of words he possibly can and just staying intimidating and mysterious the rest of the time. It doesn't hurt that since getting all those augmentations put in, his voice has gotten colder and more flat than he remembers it being... and things don't quite feel the same way: only the coldest or hottest water in the shower really registers any more, food isn't as satisfying or flavorful- but maybe that's just what you get from living off Stuffer Shack. Even the samurai trids aren't as satisfying as they used to be- but that doesn't stop him from cataloging as much minutia about them as possible. To remedy the situation a bit, he's taken to joyriding on his Mirage around the city- just enjoying the rush of adrenaline and danger. BTL Dreamchips help, too, just now and then for those quiet nights at home.
His love affair with samurai (and to a lesser extent, Westerns and Kung Fu) cinema began during his childhood in Toronto. After finishing high school and as many martial arts classes as he could manage, Ben enlisted with the UCAS military in the hopes of seeing some action. What followed were several years of profitable training and boring duty rotations punctuated with the occasional tantalizing bit of action. After being sent out on recon around Chicago, Ben was decorated for valor- and fitted with two replacement cyber arms. After that, he began getting increasingly reckless and less content with life in the army; he wanted more chances for personal glory and honor. After one too many of his "cowboy antics" his CO finally had him discharged. Not content with working for a corp or some other safe, "honorless" job he moved to Seattle and started looking for work in the shadows as "Kikuchiyo" after the aspiring samurai in The Seven Samurai.
