Background:

Constantly mocked for her small size and clumsiness, Kestral wished constantly for a way to rise above her peers and best them at every physical task. She envisioned herself larger and stronger, and armed with deadly claws to tear apart her enemies. It stared slowly at first, but she became able to grow the claws, and later, to envelope herself in powerful armour that allowed her to fulfill her dreams. Now, she is a deadly warrior.
