About Keftan
Bio
Born in 4681 in Alkenstar City, Keftan grew up there, and became a gunsmith, like many from Alkenstar; but his Kelish heritage pulled him to explore, so he often offered to be the delivery man for the Gunworks’ rare and expensive collection. He carries a much less ornamented pistol, dresses in Earthen tones of loose, flowing cotton cloth; and wears a rather large hat. His holster is worn, but finely made; and his manner is breezy, brave, sometimes reckless. He’s got a gun, and he knows how rare a thing that is. It’s gotten him into trouble before; and certainly will get him in trouble again.
While delivering an ornamental piece to King Arabasti, Keftan and Mariah, his lover, were touched by Gaedren Lamm; some local tough who thinks to make a name by killing. Mariah stepped out to go to the market, and never came back. Now Keftan wants to avenge her; it would seem he’s going to be staying in Korvosa for a while yet. He’s taken a Studio apartment on the Slope in the midlands, while he investigates Gaedren further.
