Laz: I think you may have looked at the wrong map when posting... Ice Dragon's Teeth is Area Burst 1, and so could only affect 1,2 and Setil when centered on O34. Applying your first 3 previously liked rolls (1d20+13=19, 1d20+13=20, 1d20+13=19), which are all misses even without the -5 Fog penalty.

Karrn's matched katars whirl and thrust, imbued with sorcerously bound tendrils of chaos, but his opponent is wary and the sharp blades cleave only mist. With a drawn-out hiss, his crouching foe turns to face the young sorcerer, flexing claws and curling its lips in a ghastly smile. Erupting out of its feral crouch, the creature's filthy claws cut a ragged steak of pain across Karrn's cheek.

"Yeah not good" Karrn mutters as claws approach his face. Without thinking Karrn vanishes reappearin by the trees.
"That was too close" he places his hand on the small cut on his face.
Narrow Escape (Immediate Interupt), I take half damage (6) from the attack, and teleport 9 squares (F36).
"Karrn!" he shouts over the noise of battle, "Get your fragile arse up that hill!"
VTS1: Shift O35. Claws vs Karrn (AC) 28, 14 damage and Slowed (save ends).
"Hey I'm not that Fragile! And why are you looking at my ass during a fight?"
As the creature claw comes into contact with Karrns flesh "May not be able to fend you off ugly, but I can make you regret it!"
The ground around Karrn erupts in engulfs flame. The outline taking the form of a great dragon.
Immediate Reaction, Dragonflame Mantle. Until the end of your next turn, you gain a +1 power bonus to all defenses, and any creature that hits Karrn with a melee attack takes 1d6+6=9 fire damage.
"Guess that wasn't such a hot idea was it" He laughs as he leg cramps, but it's claw ignites.
"I was always taught the shortest route is a straight line. So I say we go from here, to Harrowswode, to the temple" Karrn stufss a small piece of bread in his mouth
Karrn draws close to Ainyrah, kissing her passionately. With a flick of his finger he dispels the flame from the burning lantern, plunging the room into darkness...
I just want to make sure you check the above link before I post the follow up attacks and bonus damage. Especially with all the rolls Karrn can make in a round, I don't want there to any questions over the roll.
Better to take it slow after the last fiasco then rush head long into questions over the rolls.
Karrn: Z13 is within the grell's Psychic Storm zone - you will be subject to Daze (save ends) upon entering the purple shaded area, thus effectively halting your turn. Is that what you wish to do?

The secondary attack has to be on one creature with in range, that being melee. So unless you have reach of some kind your only option for the secondary attack would be, depending where you moved to attack from, Galad or yourself (being that the attack clearly states "One creature other than the primary".
Kinda like I could target myself with my secondary chaos bolt if need be
I'm not sure if I need to make a perception check or not for the attack to really hit. If I do here it is 1d20+5-10=13, what a waste of an 18... - 10 to perception hurts!
Karrn takes off with a burst of speed toward the statue.

Karrn froms yet another orb of energy and launches it at the philosopher

Knowing he can't get to the philospher he forms a marble of energy and launches it at the nearest grell
Chaos Bolt on G4, 1d20+13=27 vs Will; Damage 1d10+13=19 psychic damage. Rolled ever so secondary attack on G2, 1d20+13=15 vs Will, doubt that hit; Damage 1d6=1 psychic damage. Rolled even, so again another attack. This time on G3, 1d20+13=31 vs Will, not only that Crit (thanks to daggers as my implemments); Damage 1d6=6 psychic damage, plus 2d6=8 (high crit), and 2d6=8 (enchancement bonus). 22 damage total and I'm not done yet! Rolled even have to make another attack, but here's the bad part only Madda and Galad are in range... and on a roll of 3 it's Madda, 1d20+13=19 vs. Will, hope that misses; Damage 1d6=4 psychic damage
After looking at my handy dandy PHB I'm gonna say I can't. Could be wrong but... Mostly the whole "Save at the end of your turn" gets ya. How do you take a standard if your turns over
"Okay calm yourself Karrn" he thinks to himself, "This isn't the worst situation you've been in."
