There is also the fact that Bear school gives you Stalwart again at 12, is that supposed to be Improved Stalwart instead?

While I know that a lot of people dislike him for glorifying something as crappy as alcoholism, I still like Cayden a lot for being basically a mix between Marvels Hercules and Jack Sparrow.

There is also Student of War, if you're not opposed to prestige classes.

For the Paladin there is the Martyr and Oath of the People's Council that both replaces Smite Evil with Bardic Performance.

There is also the Puppetmaster archetype for Magus, who get's access to both the Bard and Magus spell-lists.

Edit: Also Cut From the Air would allow you to do the deflecting bullet thing from gun gale online, but if you trade out weapon training for martial flexibility you can't actually get it. I'd ask your GM if he'd allow you to acquire weapon mastery feats with martial flexibility but not as permanent feats to represent it replacing weapon training.

The Martial Focus feat would take care of that problem.

School Understanding: Evocation (Admixture) allows him to change the elemental type of a spell 3 + cha times per day.

How about dipping a level of swash to get Opportune Parry (and Derring-Do) and then going the rest in Daring Champion?

How about a Kyton bloodline Bloodrager? Gets most of the barbarian goodies and a bunch of pain based abilities.

It makes the axe count as a piercing weapon for panache recovery, precise strike and weapon training.

You could go with 4 levels of Abyssal Bloodrager and then the rest in Brawler.

At 4th level, when entering a bloodrage, you can choose to grow one size category larger than your base size (as enlarge person) even if you aren't humanoid.

Since you referred to him as a troll, is he creating team goodguy because he wants to play good or simply to cause conflict?

If 1: Consider turning the other cheek and asking the DM if you can make a new (good) character to replace the NE Fighter as well. Save the badguy for a more suitable group.

If 2: Nothing to do, even if you win you still lose, they will likely make new stronger paladins and try again until they succeed.

Did they know beforehand that you were playing evil? Otherwise a simple "Hey guys, we have been playing an evil campaign here, so those characters might not be suitable." might have been a smart thing to inform them about.
