Kicking around a couple more ideas for Fae-Changelings:

Baobhan-sith - Allow her a 1d4 bite attack and cast Daze 3xday as an Su.

Bogeyman - Haunted Fey Aspect, Ghost Sound and Dancing Lights. Once a day each as a SU with The DC for these spells being equal to 10 + the spell's level + the changeling's Charisma modifier.

Absolutely lets do it. Any thoughts on substitutions? I will start mulling it over but I'm on the road mobile only today and tomorow

I think Leanan Sidhe would be perfect to substitute for a Green Hag.

Perhaps use a Nixie or a Nereid instead of a Sea Hag. (Nereid for PCs who want to be medium sided and Nixie is they want to be small sized).

I can think up some more, but have to get prepare for my tabletop Shadowrun game this afternoon.

Perhaps you could alter the Changeling race a bit to say that they are born from human / fae relations instead of human / hag relations.

I think it would be more thematically appropriate for this game, espcially considering a Grimm's fairy tales background. Given the varied types of fae, you could easily replace each type of hag with one.

Click the link Changeling to be directed to a page on them.

I would apply for this if you choose to run it.

Ember is now complete and behind the link, though I may still tweak her a bit.

She is gnome cleric of Brigh with a love of fire and crafting mechanical things.

Do natives of Numeria get the Hallit language for free?

Once she is finished, I will be submitting Ember Firesong, a Gnome cleric of Brigh.

I also like 20 point or better buys.

I detest RP in Recruit threads. They clog it up and submissions and actual questions get lost in the mess.

Though I have no desire to play one, an android would be interesting for the party.

A while ago I was in a campaign for the first module, barely made it past the first encounter when the group fell apart. I'd give it a go again.

Interested, but I have very little experience in the GreyHawk setting. Will you be using the deities from there? Curious since I tend to play clerics.

If I've done it correctly, I am sharing my character.

Phaedra Alexandria Covington

She is a scholar at a local university, I didn't pick a name for what university yet though since I wasn't sure exactly where we will be in game.

Those are some sexy man knees.

Kilts are hot.

Expressing interest. Newbie to the game, though I do have some of the books around here somewhere.

Likely to go with a University type character. Well-learned since someone will have to translate any sanity-bending texts we find. :)

Curious if any Penny Dreadful style creatures will make any appearances? For some reason I am obsessed with stories of Spring Heel Jack.

One will likely play a wizard given the way submissions look. I think the other is still undecided.

There are other classes to play instead of rogue too. Like Investigator or Urban Ranger.

Surprised a bit by the number of native characters since the opening text specifies that the King formally opened the tombs and burial sites to foreign explorers. I always imagined the party for this AP to be a handful of characters from different lands with at least one native Osirion to be their trusty native guide. :)

I think Louisiana Jane just seems a slightly odd name since it's not a place here. Why not Cassomir Jane? :)

Dotting while I choose between concepts.

Tierce was around briefly and attempted to run another game I was in, but he had to bow out and end the game due to some health issues he was having. :(

Throwing in my idea for female, cleric of Brigh. Either gnome or android.

From OP wrote:
Characters must either worship Asmodeus or a philosophically compatible god.

I have decided on Cleric of Asmodeus.

Dotting for divine caster idea.

moving to H,3

Zella moves up within reach of the singing goblin. Gah! I can't stand off key singers, no matter the song.

She will slash at it again. "Why don't you just shut up?!

attack: 1d20 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 2 + 1 = 16
damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3

It'd be a great setting for an Oni-Spawn Tiefling. :)

For 5, I am liking the Auctoratus trait. Perhaps my character's family would have staged an unsuccessful coupe against another family and as one of the few survivors she had no other means of supporting herself.

Choices 2 and 3 are of the most interest to me. I love old fairy tales and have wanted to play in an underwater campaign for some time now, but the opportunity has never come up.

I am not sure how well choice 5 would word, but it does sound interesting enough that I would try it to find out.

4 makes me think too much of Avatar for some reason and the logistics of traveling through air (and the result of falling) would make it too problematic for me to try it, at least at low levels.

As for 1, not that interested in trying for a Princess of Mars type game.

Heya Ed, I'm all settled in Md now and shouldn't have to move for at least 2 an a half years. So I figured it would be a good time to return since I been going into rpg withdrawl....

Interested in this. I just tested the map thing and was able to move a couple characters around, so I have no problem meeting your prereq's.

I am on Eastern Standard time if you curious as to when I would be awake for posting.

I am currently thinking of a cleric of some kind since that is my preferred class. I will decide upon an appropriate deity and write up a character to post later today.

Giving me another female to compete with? :P

I picture everyone being sucked into his nightmare with him and stuck there until he awakens and if they die in his dream they die in real life.

Is 'magnum opus' your pet name for your 'little tierce'? Cause that would just make saying 'ick' even funnier. :P

Currently thinking of Oracle of Flame.

Ick, no Tengu.

Okay, it I know I am weird, but I can't stand for all of us to have Int as our focus. So I am going to switch to Charisma. Perhaps Oracle....

Yep, I will have something up by then.

Can I ask what skills a Magister focuses on? May help me decide which arcane caster to settle on.

Well, how important will knowledge rolls be? Wizards get a lot more in class.

Well, not too much difference between wizard and sorceress for party roll, right?

I may switch to sorceress...

Jon, why don't you try an archaeologist bard? :)

Yeah, I think they would also make decent caster focused clerics as well.

If you were a girl you would understand. :)

Plus they seem the best race to play for a wizard and I will never get all wrinkly when she gets older. Also a bonus.

well, you know, girl and all that. of course i want purple skin :)

1d10 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
1d10 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9
1d10 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
1d10 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16

1d10 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
1d10 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
1d10 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
1d10 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8

I think I will try a Majar wizard

strength 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
Dexterity 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
Constitution Foible = 8
Intelligence Focus = 18
Wisdom 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12
Charisma 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14

I am familiar with some Norse and Egyptian Mythology, but will go with Greek/Roman as my favorite and the one that I have read the most.

okay, cleric of Shelyn. bastard half-elf abandoned at birth at a temple to Shelyn since the child was concieved in love but couldn't be kept due to prejudice.

Female more for funnsies then...

4d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 6, 4) = 19
4d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 1, 1) = 10
4d6 ⇒ (2, 2, 4, 5) = 13
4d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 1, 4) = 14
4d6 ⇒ (1, 5, 5, 4) = 15
4d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 1, 6) = 13

Yeah, going with that second one instead.
