See alot of your guys groups are totally differnt than mine. The goal is to take characters from 1st to 20th it is a great feeling so im going to have to figure out to add more levels in the middle and power up the later characters

With each adventure path we as a player group have always liked the idea that it takes us from 1st to 20th, I was very disappointed that this one is scheduled to stop around 16 or so. Does anyone have similar thoughts are about the adventure paths? Or is my gaming group alone of this one?
I would like to figure out how to stretch it along and increase the power, of the encounters so the end of the adventure path is 20th level. If any of you guys have suggestions please let me know thanks in advance.

Well with Rise of the Runelords I want it to be very challenging thats why parts of Age of Worms was so fun as a player I really worried about dieing, until the end when we walked through alot of it

Hi there from France,

I'm having problems with the levelling pace in Adventure Pathes. I'm really fond of these adventures and the overall storyline, and my players are currently in a mine under Diamond Lake, barely trying to survive. But my point is : "How can anyone explain why young adventurers (1st level) can besome epic in one or two years ?"

I know it's because of the current D&D experience system, but I definitely can't include it in my GH campaign. How could I explain to my players that most PNJ never get beyonf level 12 in 50 years whereas they gained 15 leveles in one year ?

Thanks in advance.

So what have you never had a human character get over 12th level because by the time 50 years have passed humans are in the late 60s early 70s

The Worms are also a Curse and they are not imune to Curses

What about when making arcane scrolls can you use metamagic feats?

The party’s Druid creates four scrolls of maximized Fire Seeds. These cost 2,250 gp and three days each to make. Hopefully they have the down time to make these. If not, then the Druid could also memorize the four spells and not have any 9th level spells available for the fight to the top of the spire. The Druid could also memorize regular Fire Seeds at 6th level for extras or to use instead, but with only four 6th level slots, this is not a guaranteed win. The Druid creates a single 20d6 acorn with each spell.

Can you use metamagic feats on Scrolls me and my DM have been discussing this where in the DMG is the write up that says this is legal?

Our two newest members one is a Barbarian who is now becoming a Hunter of Kyuss and we have a Half Ogre War Hulk

They are both kinda cool

(Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, Adventure Path, Campaign Setting, Companion, Battles Case Subscriber)

The PHBII talks about being able to retrain feats

Well our Paladin got the two swords of the wind dukes and took his character from swinging a two handed weapon very well to fighting with two weapons even better lol

Has anyone else retrained any of their feats or plan to retrain some of the feats that they dont like any more?

We have had everything from 3 players and an NPC to haveing 8 i know our DM maxs out most HP but other than that I think it stays the same

Also with the treasure the two of us who have been there every game have alot more magic items then anyone else but that is our reward for being faithful

(Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, Adventure Path, Campaign Setting, Companion, Battles Case Subscriber)

In our game the Janni and The Elves teamed up

But our Dragon Disciple that had cast enlarge self went over and killed all the elves in two turn mostly on there turn through cleaves and at attacks of opertunity

The other two groups were wasted pretty quick too I think the entire combat laster under 5 rounds

We are kinda mean SOBs

Now that alot of people are getting deeper into this game im wndering what prestige classes people have taken their games, have you guys been happy or disapointed with them
(name of class and book its in please)

In our game we have

Master of Shrouds Librum Mortis, The best part of the class are the first summon the shadows they have killed alot of things in our game

Cerbromancer Psionic Handbook, Just wish it would keep going like the true necromancer does only flaw

Dragon Desciple DMG, Great with a Fighter and a level of Sorcerer

The Tempest Complete Adventurer, Great class used with monkey grip and a double weapon

The Champion of Collarion Larathon Races of the Wild, gave us a greater respect for the differnt metal types for armor

Sometype of Raging Archer out of the Sword and Sorcery book for Fighters Rangers and Barbarians player has not been there enough to see if its any good

The Living Blade out of the Quienestial Fighter, mixed with the Tempest he has become a very solid character with that Large Double Sword

I think our cleric is going to go into Heirophant for a level or two

I was going to go into Arch Mage but I hate Skill Focus

We have been pretty happy so far with our choice in classes

(Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, Adventure Path, Campaign Setting, Companion, Battles Case Subscriber)

That would be mine and my fellow party memebers thought we joked about using the seal of law like a video game power up device to keep summon the creatures but the 4 elementals are a real pain in the butt so we desided against it and our DM laughed at us

(Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, Adventure Path, Campaign Setting, Companion, Battles Case Subscriber)

Our tactics have gone a little like this

Kaine the Cleric Summons shadows and they drain what ever we fights str down real low

Glanrin the Cerbromancer Drops psionic bombs on the enemy after he prepped any combat guys with his wizzard spells

The rest of the party rushs into melee to keep people off Kaine and Glanrin

These tactics have worked so far when we start to face alot of undead we are going to have to change a few things

(Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, Adventure Path, Campaign Setting, Companion, Battles Case Subscriber)

Well our party has gone through alot of change
(If they are still playing they are 12th level we have returned to the Whispering Cairne)

The two characters from the begining are

A Human cleric of Wee Jus who is now a Master of the Shrouds
5th level Cleric 7th level Master of Shrouds (I think)(The undead he summon are the souls or the villians from through out the AOW he uses death touch on most major villians and takes thier souls) (Shadows Kick Ass)

A Half Duegar Psion Mage Cerbromancer
3rd level Psion 3rd level Mage 6th Level Cerbromacer (Was going to be an Arch Mage changed his mind not sure what to do in four levels)

A Half Orc Fighter Tempest He uses a Large Double Sword (that is very effective) (he is an NPC so i dont remember his levels)

A Human Fighter, Barbarian, Raging Archer Very Very inefective character cant rember levels (Buddie moved 100 miles away drives down for some games)

A Elf Fighter, Paladin, Champion of Corellion, fighting with an Elven Fullblade (good weapon) rides a Griffin a new member to our party very effective even though he died a few times (Military Friend just got our of the service)

A Dwarven Barbarian fighting with an Urgosh also just joined our group reciently so far pretty effective

A Human Fighter Sorcerer Dragon Desicple fought with a large bastard sword (No longer with us got a job and cant make the game) very effective character

An Elven Scout very ineffective character (No longer with us got a job cant make the game)

I think their is a new player coming this weekend

(Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, Adventure Path, Campaign Setting, Companion, Battles Case Subscriber)

I just started a post about this because i didnt see this one but I would buy it the day it came out

(Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, Adventure Path, Campaign Setting, Companion, Battles Case Subscriber)

I have had alot of fun playing in this game we are about 12th level little over half way done
Our game group loves it I really want to see it put into hard bound format like the shacked city

We as a game group would like an epic quest or two added into the book after the Age of Worms has finished

What do you guys think

Thanks alot

(Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, Adventure Path, Campaign Setting, Companion, Battles Case Subscriber)

We have gone to the great city of Greyhawk

Human Cleric of We Jas 5th Master of the Shrouds 2nd
Human Fighter 4th Sorcerer 1st Disciple of the Dragon
Half Orc Fighter 7th (soon to be tempest master of the blade)
Human Fighter 4th Barbarian 1st Rage Archer 2nd
Half Duegar Wizard 3rd Psion 3rd (Soon to be Cerbromancer)

and few random friends who show up
