Well id vote for a smaller gang.

Id prefer more White collar crime, Spying work for hire,Especially focusing on Nobility and even fleecing Merchant lord types. Would rather stay away from crime involving the common folk cause it is just not profitable and really has nothing to gain from it. Slavery would be just outright not nearly as profitable and far to problematic not wanting to deal with the Bell Flower society.


I would Vote for the Smaller gang as my primary choice.


I have a few questions are we starting our own organization joining another one? If creating our own who will be our leader? With the stealth rank requisite is it three or four cause its changed from the recruitment thread?


I would like to throw my hat into the arena for the party face competition
I present to you Adin Pegason A Bard(Geisha)/Rogue(Chameleon). Alignment Neutral Evil.

Adin was born from a fateful night with a noble who from his days of youth retired from the adventuring life to take on family responsibilities such as maintain his inheritance. Well he was very much so a ladies man as it wear and bedded my mother who was a commoner and when she turned up pregnant she was swiftly carried of to her manor and quickly trained to be a courtesan so she could be watched and kept his secret as he was single and if this got out it may damage his prospects of getting a wife my mother was leaving what some would call a dream but in reality it was a nightmare her only saving grace was her daughter she had to raise and in the end it was also her undoing cause when she was told her daughter would never be free and would be forced into the same life she was her grief over came her and she killed herself. Well the young Adin grew up and was cultivated for the same purpose her mother was but she herself had her own plans and when she would go in his stead to win over other lords in his holdings to his plans Adin would be the one and she would broker deals that would get the plan passed in the exchange for aide in her plot to discredit her father and leave him with nothing and she did just that
however in an unseen turn of events her plan was unfurled and her father discredited but from that day forth though she was marked as an outlaw as a traitor to the realm the one final stroke of the nobles she worked against as the discovered her lineage and saw to it that she could not inherit but with that minor loss she still had some victory and went on the run and started her life of further manipulating nobles, Merchants lords for coin or for the shear favor of a blind eye being turned to her presence in a city or even patronage and protection against the bounty hunters and mercenaries that may be after her. Adin's value as a mistress of disguise and a spy grew with time.

For tie ins to the party could be when she is in between patrons and without protection someone from the player characters would offer her a place in this enterprise and she would negotiate her part of the shares of profits and protection from mercenaries and bounty hunters and the law in exchange for her talents and her loyalty to the organization.

I was born from a disposed Chelaxian Noble who turned traveling merchant and a keleshite women traveling with a merchant caravan from carasmon. I grew up with my family in various cities and on the trade routes when I was of an age where I could be my own man my mother was recalled to her homeland to fulfill familial duties and my father accompanied her I joined an order of monks and after some time with them I set out on my journey as a wandering scholar teaching and learning as I went from city to city, town to town. Providing education or simply help smaller villages with physical labor if need be to earn a bed and meals. My travels eventually lead me to Sandpoint where I ran into all old friends of my fathers and decided to help her out as Madame Mvshati needed and when I had down time id teach at Turandarok Academy. Then the time before Madame Mvshati passed away she called me to her house and there I gave my word to her that if her daughter Koya would ever go on a long journey I would go with her and provide her protection. Their I stayed after I made my oath by her bedside till she passed on and have been helping out the Mvshati family as much as possible and still kept up teaching the orphans at the academy till the day would come that I would have to fulfill my oath.

Progression: Will be going monk for all the levels with a focus in knowledge skills diplomacy and sense motive. The Archetypes that will be progressed along will be the Sensei and Monk of the Lotus. Feats will include Two Weapon Fighting, Improved Initiative, and Deflect Arrows At first level. Feats planned to be taken later Quick draw, Improved Trip, Combat Expertise, Improved and greater two weapon fighting, Quarter staff master, Weapon focus( Quarter staff), Tripping staff, Tripping strike, Tripping Twirl.

Hmm well ill have something up with mechanics once i find away to maintain the necessary abilities and skills to support my fluff with out multi classing. Yay new challenges!


sounds good to me kind of who i envisioned it was more like the worship of a hero deity much akin to the way Hercules would have been apart of the greek pantheon. so it being kept quiet will definitely work well and can be hidden behind the fact that the order just poses as a knighthood which works well for me thanks for the input and the consideration hope to get chosen.

Well you can say so in your background, as part of your past but you just keep it a bit secret do to the common prejudice the people of Ozmoria and in general all other countries regarding N.M.L.

The religious background is interesting and a new spin on the heroic for some god for others Ashnal II for further knowledge of that war you would have to do it in game since you are to young to know more than that or a good knowledge history check for more facts and things.

As to a god to worship in this place there isn't a specific god, clerics have their power granted do to their strong beliefs and united will of those in the clergy to harness their power in the name of some god.

For all purposes you might find all sort of religions and worshipers.

I see no problem yet with the code names, do cowboy is not elegant but at least isn't something that cheesy either so you can keep it.

The DMNPC will help upon "request" or as needed to advance story or help in an upcoming BIG fight (usually outnumbered players that need some assistance and probably still have a casualty or several serious injuries on many PC's).

The rest of the info will be on hold until character selection is over. You do not start with assault rifles... I remember someone asked it lol, but any other questions are fine prior selection and then actual character creation.

I would like to introduce the Half-Elf Cavalier(Emissary)/Cleric(Divine Strategist)

Sir Kyras Ashnal of the Right and Honorable Order of the Emperor Ashnal The II.

He Came from humble beginnings as the son of a merchant Cale Briggs and his Elven Wife Jathal Briggs who worked as Stable Master. He was born and raised in the capital city of Ozmose. Where he grew up with his loving parents and was taught always to be someone of strong character and always stand up for what was right and always provide help to those in need. As a lad he Idolized the Heroics of the Late Emperor Ashnal the II and dreamed of the day that he could one day be a Heroic personage. Well that day came as he was running errands for his mother when a common foot soldier of the imperial army was thoroughly drunk and was going to force the daughter of the local inn owner to his bed and she was refusing and things were escalating quickly a crowd drawing but no one acting until Kyras could take no more and made a stand even though he never had a day of training with a sword since he was a merchants son and raised his voice and put himself in between the young women and the soldier making even a louder rucus then before hoping to give the young women a chance to run but what happened next was a shock to the crowd, the young women and even Kyras and the Soldier drew his blade to swing at the young man standing in the way of what he wanted though still stood his ground knowing moving could bring harm to the young women behind him he steeled himself to be struck down but as fate would have it a memember of the Holy Order of Emperor Ashnal The II was watching and swiftly intervened with clash of sword against shield and then the sound of the soldier landing on the ground from a strike from the knights shield and the sound of other knights apprehending the soldier and taking him away. The knight praised young Kyras for his bravery but at the same time admonished him for being to quick to throw away his life. Kyras finished his errands for his mother and returned home and was met by his worried mother as she already heard about what happened. the next day came and the same knight was in the living area of his home talking to his parents and when I came enter the room my father said to the knight ask him yourself this should be his decision and that was the day I was taken in as a page to begin my training and it seemed my dream was one step closer.

The order of the Right and Honorable Order of the Emperor Ashnal The II. is a Young order that is as much a religious order as it is a knightly order the dedicate themselves as stalwart guardians of the Empire.Also for their service have been granted titles of lesser nobility. They Worship Emperor Ashnal the II as a diety believing upon his sacrifice he asceneded to god hood the order tends to take the domains of Nobility and Martyr. the orders Mechanical Benefits come from the Order of the Sword Just Remained it and added some fluff flavor to fit the campaign. Hope you dont mind and sorry about the large history my muse got carried away.

The Reason he would be with the Military is because the order assigned him to be with the army.


If you would like an assistant to help you run I know Mage, Forsaken, Geist and Changeling pretty well both in fluff and crunch and I know Vampire fluff pretty well and im alright with the crunch. I even have an idea that i was thinking about dropping into here but if you would have him it would make a far better NPC.

So um just have a few questions before I throw my hat in the ring.So how will this game handle the social structure and how would you handle their outlooks on certain matters. such as how would you get the Invictus the leaders of kindred society and consider themselves to be unconquered to bend a knee to humans, How would you handle the Sanctified who are Gods predators to scare the mortal flock back to Christ and be the best predator. How would you handle the dichotomies between the Pure and the forsaken with werewolf. How would freeholds be effected and wouldn't this do the opposite of them trying to keep out of the keepers clutches once again and not also exposing others to the threats of Arcadia. With Mage I could see the Guardian of The Veil being problematic especially in the case of Mages start casting magic with out caring about paradox and the abyssal spirits it can attract and knowing the fanatical nature of the guardians what role would you see them play and what role would you see lodges, Packs, covenants, orders and other such things be represented in this setting?

Well if the Orphans are the most immediately threatened but anyone who seems to be in danger or incapable of defending themselves paralyzed with fear etc. Even if that someone has the skills to fight but is being overwhelmed he would step on that persons behalf. He would also do this one of two ways inspiring them to rise up again or if there was no time just out right entering the fray himself. He tries to be aware of protecting someone and by always protecting someone making them helpless.He would always help when needed but would also be delighted to see the person become able to take care of there self. Hopefully that answers your question and I hope i did not provide to much information.
