Otherwise how will we find out things before we are supposed to ;) Well tecnically he already gaved the answear to my question on if PrCs are going to be in these books. He said he did not want to spoil any of the previews. Which means there are going to be PrCs in these books as I doubt that Pazio would have a preview that states " And No PRCS!!!"
As that really does not say much. And could be negative to people who still like PrCs.
Sure I am infering a answear from JJ's response...but I think it is a logical inference.
Besides apologizing will give him a false sense of security so we can trick him into giving spoilers...oh wait...er
James don't read the last part. ;) I always say if the Paizo guys aren't threatening to mail live insects to your house you aren't doing it right. ;) Aren't scorpions arachnids?
So James, I noticed an added bit in the history section of "The Inner Sea World Guide". Talking about a rather large blue dragon destroying villages in recent history headed northwards. Does this have anything to do with the AP after Jade Regent which you alluded to having to do something about dragons?

As an aside, should you ever need jewelry again, my bio sister Sheena is always available for commissions. She works out of Montreal, and is from Cape Breton, so you would be supporting a fellow Canadian!
[shameless plug]Etsy link[/shameless plug] I'll definitely keep it in mind.

Hey all just checking in. Works been super busy, but I have a couple days off now so I'll try and post more often.

I don't know how this would work with the licensing but then people at Paizo could still concentrate on putting out the excellent quality material they are putting out and the fans would still get epic level support. I'd actually be very interested and curious to see how another company could handle the rules. Whether or not they'd be good enough for me to want to use in Golarion... not sure. Certainly I'm not interested in letting another company handle the flavor/world side of things for Golarion in this arena.
But, just as Dreamscarred Press is tackling psionics, if another company wants to tackle "epic levels" that'd be cool! Not necessarily something we'd ever use, though, especially if the rules were nothing more than a Pathfinderization of the current epic-level SRD. The 3.5 Epic rules aren't really workable in my opinion; giving them a level cap, though, is a good start toward their redemption. I also found the epic spell system quite awkward, what was your opinion on them?
Another relaxing day of minis painting, I should have a mental breakdown more often.

And if so does that scare you as well? It frightens me slightly.... I mean my characters have no problem with killing when it comes to defending ones home or family, or when showing mercy really isn't an option (such as the heat of combat) but he doesn't ever coup de grace a defenseless sentient being that isn't irredeemably evil, that in itself I would deem as an evil act. that's just me

I watch movies for fun and escapism. yes but do they have to dumb them down so much? See, I like the 'dumb' movies. They're funny and entertaining. It's like why people like the Three Stooges (not my cup of tea, but a good example). Nobody thinks it's intellectual, it's just amusing. My point is that at times the plots on many Stooges or Monty Python skits are more well planned and better thought out that half the shlock I see on film anymore. While I do not expect many or even most of these films to be academy winners of any sort. At times I want a movie, be it super hero or whatever, to have a bit more thought in it than what is the best explosion we can have, yes I am looking at you Transformers 3. i am all for explosions, and I still feel that transformers 2 went off the rails because of the other guy and the strike, not bay, although I know I don't have proof. I cling to hope that 3 will be more like 1. Watch it man your starting to sound like a Joss Whedon fan when talking about Aliens 4. Makes me wonder when Joss will make his triumphant return to television with another awesome series and liven things up.

Celestial Healer wrote: Jeremy, your situation blows. I'm surprised they rescinded a written offer, but I suppose anything is possible. I thought your husband had something lined up in Scotland, too - is that off as well? Are there alternative funding possibilities, or is the whole offer gone? I hope wherever you wind up works out for the best.
I see a similarity to my situation, although mine is more voluntary - I still have the offer on the table, but the deadline is right around the corner. There will be some hard discussions this weekend.
The conditions of my government funding were for this fall and for an international university. So as a result I lost it, and my husband did have a contract but the funding for my husbands contract was also cut as part of the $20 million in cutbacks. So this is the situation and it sucks big time.

Ok so I've been trying to figure out a good use for my Trygon for my Worldwound/ Mendev campaign. What do you think about a nascent demonlord follower of Deskari? Any cool name ideas?
Sorry guys been ultra busy lately and haven't been able to post. Among other things updating my Trygon to be used as a nascent demon lord of Deskari for my Worldwound/ Mendev campaign. Hope to post again soon.
Later folks it's been a blast!!! Se ya on Enworld, and with that I shall take my leave goodbye paizo.
Hey guys, let's go make fun of FHDM on facebook knowing he'll never be able to respond :P
Here's a crazy thought, how about we ignore the weirdos, whackos, crazies, and a#&*&+$s out there and stop giving them publicity. That way when they say something that is crazy or awful we can ignore them and they'll eventually go away and we'll go on with our lives.

I actually did a fair bit of rewriting on the adventure—including a significant amount on Harrowstone's backstory. So it's a combination of myself and Kortes who wrote it. Well it was super awesome and I appreciate it fully, and please tell Mr. Kortes the same if you see him :)

When do you start looking after your niece? Is that still planned?
Maybe that can give you a good idea of how your life would change with kids in the house, and then go from there. Thats actually been changed. My mother-in-law recovered from her cancer scare. She now has a good job and has decided she would rather look after her, than have her granddaughter so far away. But that resolution has sort of gotten us on our adoption path.

** spoiler omitted ** I wish you luck, if all else fails, you can move to the UK with me and my husband and we can relax and be complete Europhiles :P I mean I can seriously take a weekend go to Paris and see the Louvre. I hear the Mona Lisa is a lot smaller that seen on film. I would love to go to the UK sometime. (It's high on our list, and that means something, because we pretty much save all of our disposable income for travel. As some of you may have noticed.)
Maybe by partner and I could send off to Italy again. We could meet up in France - after all, it's half way in between. (Ok, now I'm just being fanciful.) If it helps, you can always stay at me and the hubbies place no charge. We'll be picking up an extra bed anyway cause we got lots of friends coming to visit. Hey! Good idea. If you are still there in 3 to 4 years, then maybe Karen and I can come on over. Likely, the hubby has a few applications in Exeter and Liverpool, if we're not in the UK we'll be in Scandinavia by the looks of things right now. Also we have our huge trip planned for 2012, the long train ride from Glasgow to London, to Paris, to Berlin, to Vienna, to St. Petersburg, to Moscow, down through Mongolia, into China ending in Beijing. We'll be stopping plenty of places in between but those are the major stops.

So I`m continuing to write my adventure about the Nidalese prison fortress. After rereading it I realize I`m a sick individual, I mean the courtyard has a Kyton spider with chains crisscrossing it, the prison itself has quite a few kyton tortures, and there`s a vampire cleric of Zon-Kuthon (with some pretty horrific body modifications) as the prison warden. You guys think it`ll be to much to give the Kytons a few rogue levels >:)

Dude, you're like the people that thought the Peter Jackson movies were better than Tolkien's novels. There's no hope!
Actually, I liked the books (Only Frank's books, to be clear), the movie, and the mini-series, all three! Marinade in them and enjoy. But the books are clearly the best! But yeah, there's lots of David Lynch's Dune hatred out there. Nope I claim total ignorance of Dune. I haven`t read the books, seen the movie or miniseries.
