While waiting for the Overload download, I threw together a NPC list that I could roll for random NPCs on (I just reroll if I don't like what comes up) and also refresh my memory on who is who. It's going to lose formatting here, but I can email the PDF if anyone wants...

Way cool, wakedown! I would love to have this. My e-mail is jjaws9 (at) charter (dot) net

Thank you.

Peace and smiles :)

Byron,

Preorders should ship out to arrive at a customer's home by 7/27. The 27th is also the on-sale date for retail stores as well.

That means that it should start shipping out any day now. Cool.

Just got my issue of Dragon #334. It is the last one before my subscription runs out. I was going to let Worm Food and Class Acts in this issue be the deciding factor, but I was simply not impressed...

I will read it all in more detail and see if I change my mind... but right now I think my money is better spent on the Shackled City HC.

Sean Mahoney

I never found Class Acts worthy of being printed. And Worm Food so far isn't worth buying Dragon for. I don't think I'll ever get a subscription of Dragon again.

I'll be playing in the AoW so no spoilers please!

I'm just wondering what some of the parties look like that have started the AoW.

We have in no particular order:

Sybil, TN female human fighter 1
Edred Stonefist, LN male human monk 1
Gromm, CN male half-orc barbarian 1
Conall Cadeyrn, LG male human cleric of Heironeous 1
Aramis, LG male human monk of Heironeous 1
Bruce, LN male human paladin of Heironeous 1
Tobius, N male human sorcerer of Boccob 1

I let people choose whatever race/class they wanted and I ended up with 6 humans and a half-orc. And all classes from the Core PH. Now feats on the other hand...

Most of the players didn't know what the other was playing, so having 3 people being followers of the same god is interesing.

Personally, I'm just thankful that we get these online enhancements at all. It's something the magazine doesn't have to do. I look forward to the enhancements each month though, especially the AoW ones. This extra effort from Dungeon staff is what keeps me confident that I will continue to renew my subscription for Dungeon again and again.

Rooster

It is the Online Supplements that got me to subscribe to Dungeon once again. (Which are great and getting better and better.)

But if they are discontinued, then so is my subscription. I consider the "free" online supplements to be part of my subscription.

I just started Age of Worms just this past Thursday and the info Eric posted about the Twilight Monastery and the Bronzewood Lodge came in quite handy. Thanks once again and looking forward to Overload.

Peace and smiles :)

Online supplements to the Wormfood articles would be great. Maybe part of the Age of Worms Overload?

Peace and smiles :)

Looking forward to when Overload becomes available. Just got #125 in the mail today.

Peace and smiles :)

I am so glad that you now have a DM and player's version of the maps. Thank you.

Peace and smiles :)

Thank you.

One week and no reply. I guess you suckered me into renewing my subscription. The main reason was because of the online supplements.

Peace and smiles :)

Where is it?

With #117 shipped today, I hope y'all aren't falling behind.

Peace and smiles :)

Great job again. But is page 11 of the pdf spose to be blank?

There is your modivation to try harder.

I enjoyed this adventure. I didn't use it for Eberron. I used it for my Diamond Throne campaign using Monte Cook's Arcana Unearthed.

It was very easy to use in a non-Eberron setting. The players sure had fun bullrushing things into the pit.

Mayhem and scowls >:

I haven't seen the issue yet, so I'm not sure how Erik edited my letter. (Nice to see he used the points I still hold and that I haven't changed my mind! ;^))

Cheers!

Sorry, MerricB. I forgot you are from the lands down under and you have to wait longer.

Peace and smiles :)

I just finished it. You have to check either box that says yes or no. Even if it says Other.

The Dungeon survey is live here!

It doesn't work for Firefox browser. Just to let ya know. Fine on Explorer.

Peace and smiles :)

Merric, all you did was repeat yourself from the letter in the magazine.

I would rather see a huge map cut down into sections if it means keeping 5 feet = square. Of course this means only the maps that are needed for battle.

Peace and smiles :)

j.

I'm glad it is gone. I just subscribed for another year so Dungeon better stay as it is right now.

Peace and smiles :)

Wil Save #115

It wasn't as good as the first one. But I'm glad it is part of the magazine.

Peace and smiles :)

j.

This is a reply to Map Gripes.

#1. Too small grid. I think the new layout of Dungeon has fixed this.

#2. I disagree with Merric. I want all the maps to be using the 5-foot grid.

#3. I prefer maps that line up exactly with the grid also.

Now to other topics. I think the new logo is fine. And I like that I can see the cover art without the "cover lines."

You have an ad for a reader survey. When will that be happening?

Downer needs to go. It would work if it was published twice a week. It is 7 episodes short every month.

I like what you have done with Dungeon. Keep up the good work.

Peace and smiles :)

Issue 323. Not good enough to have a subscription again. Next issue looks promising though.

Peace and smiles :)

Now some negative comments. I just wrote a huge letter about the latest Dragon and when I hit send I was sent to the home page. And my post didn't get posted. Oh well. I'll just post what I thought about it in one sentence. Not good enough for me to subscribe again.

Peace and smiles :)

It is nice to see a new look for your website.
