I'm sorry to see you got a damaged book! I have set up a replacement which should be on its way to you soon. You will be receiving an email confirmation.
Thank you for the picture, I have passed it along for quality control."
And already got the email with my tracking number!
I sent an email to cust support and will report what i hear. Overall the quality of the book is great, it just looks like the book was glued into the cover on the endpapers only and even then not close enough to the spine to keep it stable, worst case scenario if they wouldn't replace it, i would probably put some glue between the spine and the pages and be extra careful when reading it.
Yeah, im stoked on the book, but that was a lot of money for something that arrived falling apart.. i sent a message to customer service, hopefully they can replace it. If not ill gladly keep it, its just the principle, you know. With that said, the book is really nice, i hope they get the downloadable character sheets up soon.
Just picked up my core rulebook from the post office and the book seems ready to seperate from the spine. Its a beautiful book and dont want to miss out on a chance to have this edition, is it possible to replace it, how are these things handled?
I just picked up my copy of the limitied edition core rulebook from the post office! Its a beautiful book but it already feels like the cover wants to fall off. It is seperating at the spine. Just wondering if anyone else go theirs yet and if they have the same problem.
