About Jason Sonia

Jason is a self-professed Pathfinder RPG fan boy and the proud creator of Rhune: Dawn of Twilight. He also owns and operates Storm Bunny Studios, LLC.

Prior to starting Storm Bunny Studios, Jason has written for: Buccaneerbass.com, Kobold Quarterly (issue #4, issue #16), and Wayfinder. He writes a regular column called "Geeks and Gamers" for Bazaar Magazine (the premiere Arabic-English lifestyle magazine in Kuwait). He's been a contributing designer/writer/madman for several Open Design Projects, including Dwarves of the Ironcrags, Zobeck Gazetteer, Six Arabian Nights, Sunken Empires, and From Shore to Sea. Although his workload has prohibited involvement in Open Design’s 2011-2012 projects, he remains a stout Midgard supporter.

Jason is currently the lead designer for the Shadowlands Campaign Setting, as well as one of its main contributing writers. He's been tasked with writing about dark churches, wayward rogues, an order of hidden knights, a globe-spanning order of wizards, and other gems that promises to make the Shadowlands Campaign Setting exciting.

You can find his Shadowlands mini-adventure, Carthica's Pride here. The Shadowlands Conversion Guide is here.

When not gaming, writing (and writing and writing and writing...) or working; Jason has been known to travel, mortar Russian tanks in Battlefield 3, pretend he's a Sith apprentice in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, brew Chelexian Dark Ale, and run amok in the desert (read: party like a rockstar).

Jason lives, works, and games in Kuwait. His group has been known to gather on Facebook.
