The fights were interesting, and the traps really set a nice tone for the module. In order to really understand how much I enjoyed running this I would have to give a blow-by-blow account of the session, which I simply cannot do here.

I will just say this: Once a few flavorful non-combat encounters went by, the group was suddenly trying new and imaginative ways to get through encounters. In the end, even the fights that just couldn't be negotiated were solved with quick thinking rather than pure violence. It was nice to have something completely different.

The faction missions were okay but the one that stuck out to me was the one for Silver Crusade, which was so nicely vague about its objectives that our Shining Cleric just had to role-play his faction objectives the entire time.

All in all, a great module if you're looking for something different.

Pathfinder Society Scenario #3-02: Sewer Dragons of Absalom (PFRPG) PDF

When I ran this module at the lower tier I loved it for several reasons, all mostly to do with the high quality of role-playing in this module.
